Dear Sergei, your kindness and compassion are making a difference in the world. You are meant to be here at this time, doing what you do. Your direction in life will become clearer as you continue your precious work. You are on the right path. Like a tiny seed, your effort will grow and others will join with you, but it will take time and determination, greater resolve and courage, as well as planning and your strong sense of humanity. You will bring hope where there is despair. To make others aware that they are not alone, that they have not been forgotten, that they are loved and that people care, is more important than you will ever know. Rest and cry and seek support for yourself too, when you need to, but always keep that heart of yours strong and resilient and courageous, because... love matters.

I wouldn't jump into conclusions. I once had an older brother like that, he had mental illness and he was aggressive, everyday he will beat me up. When I explain his behavior to other people they just don't believe me simply because on the outside to the outside world he looked so innocent and not an aggressive person. Because of his aggressive behavior I started to loose compassion and care toward him but now I feel sorry because he passed away and I wish I could've been more supportive toward him. I was also suffering mentally myself as well so I can not blame myself much ,that's why it's better to get help from an outsider when the entire family is broken down

2eleven48, You have to understand that when folks live in abject poverty, they truly aren't educated enough to understand that how they might see the world, is not acceptable in someone else's eyes! They don't understand that how they perceive life, may not be how someone that lives a better life than they do, sees life. I truly don't think it's that they don't care about another in their family, they just don't know what to do or that there are services out there to help them in very meaningful ways! I cried for days after watching that unfold. I have had my 30 yr old niece for 12 yrs now. She has a bath every 3 days, clean clothing and hygiene done daily, 3 meals a day and snacks, she has a TV and toys in her room to play with, a clean bed with clean linens, 5-6 diaper changes a day. Ugh I couldn't see taking her in and not giving her a better life than I'd give myself. Humans can be so cruel, they have to realize they are doing wrong or they wouldn't be so ashamed when an outsider sees the condition. At least in America there are programs in place to stop abuse and neglect, sadly that woman fell through the cracks. Probably because her family lied and said they were Christians and we're so closely tied with the church like this man's mother.

My easily violent older brother was ripping me off for over half of my parkinsons/ms type of disability pension, until the day i moved rurally 4 hours away from the illegal basement apartment our inherited home. Right wingers and their aberhamic authoritarian theme to them, as unapologetic as they seem to be lacking empathy, they are that that defines the definition of a pete rose. If you asked pete, he would say he wasnt throwing the games, he would say he was just playing hardball until you ended up with evidence proving it. It's like the sociopaths we see that infected the debate evading global political arena, yet claim to be as pure as the falling snow on the broshure until they end up dropping bombs and wanting you to pretend that those cause the victims to go off to a better place. Some of those pete rose types may read this comment, and they wont reply to it, or will try to downplay and distract away from the problematic ways of manipulative violent underpinnings. Last night, i spent 3 hours listening to about 500 delusional people chatting about their invisible friend that they want to overly pretend is really real. The blind eye turners to miles of abuse cases in progress even.. Violence and homelessness frostbite and starvation and pandemics never produce afterlives, however, we are witnessing large groups of people who have what defines the otherwise curable mental healthcare challenge known as stockholm syndrome. They attached themselves to a disingenuous theme and try to market it on behalf of the con artists that pulled the proverbial wool over their eye$. Please be safe, and try to educate them from a safe distance.

Sergei, The most important part to help this young man is to get him to an audiologist. Depending on the severity of his hearing loss he may have been completely isolated from the world of sound and speech. It could be as extreme as not hearing at all without his hearing aid(s) or he may be hearing only certain environmental and speech sounds. Attention to his hearing loss is just as important as his mental health. If he was previously used to access to speech and sound a world without it would be very depressing. It would be like going from a plasma tv to a black and white television. Please tell his brother to have him reevaluated by an audiologist as soon as possible and have the audiologist test him to see his current hearing levels. You are such a wonderful man to save him❤️

This is Russia, many folks live in run down housing, i have seen much worse, and entire families huddled up like animals in a burrow. IT looks to me like this guy is depressed, has given up on life. He needs to get a routine in, start exercising, washing every day. Worried that there may be more to his illness as he is not responsive to anyone, sometimes folks like this are institutionalized... in Russia, that may mean WAY WORSE CONDITIONS... if you ever seen a Romanian orphanage post Nicolae Ceaușescu, its like that and maybe even worse. Humans defecating in their own bed, and not being changed, some kids so unsocialized that they do not know how to speak and just moan and make repetitive rocking movements... autistic like, but when you investigate these folks were perfectly fine going into the place, sometimes dropped off by their own parents who no longer have the patience to deal with them... so sad, and after months in the filth, they develop these coping mechanisms that shut them down from all around them... its heart wrenching. They don't get better they get worse, and these institutions just keep it all closed up and hidden, and when a doctor or a nurse try to change something, they realize its like a needle in a haystack, eventually they numb themselves to it, and just become a cog in the machine and all your hope and goals get wiped out once you see how little money there is for anything and how every single month it gets worse and more cuts need to be made while the population gets bigger... they almost wish for some of the patients to die so that others may live, and in that it becomes evil and horrid and destroys the souls of anyone that works there, the doctors and patients become as crazy and broken as the patients.

It’s happening in the the US also and these parents are sick. Chained, living under stairs in a hidden board, in dog cages but some of these are also child traffic cases. It is beyond my comprehension treating any human being like this …… the conditions you found were good compared to some we are finding. It’s sick! But they turn them over to agency’s and they are worse. This is country has gone to hell in a hand basket. It is so upsetting.

@@Joyce-Mackey exactly it's only so much they can say on these channels I'm certain even showing this kinda content is dangerous especially if the Kremlin takes it as criticizing the government so I can tell that's why he just carefully helps the people who's in need without criticizing. While people are criticizing him for doing what he can to help others while trying not to put his own life on the line, it's very ignorant smh these people need a person like him yet some of these nasty comments want him to openly talk in detail about why he does this work. In America I can easily say I help others in need because I have a shitty government with greedy corrupt politicians that warmonger and use our tax dollars to line their own pockets instead of helping the citizens. Example a politician has yet to address the poverty issues which goes hand in hand with crime instead they keep pushing these ridiculous gun laws that don't work when if they put counseling into these communities job opportunities programs for kids and better education system plus better housing it'll help cut down on poverty which In turn helps cut down on crimes, implementing a big brother and big sister program plus a dad's program will also help kids who may not be getting enough guidance at home due parents working all the time to stay afloat plus a gun buy back program which people can turn weapons in for cash without any consequences helps we did it in my city and we have way less fun violence.

I'm just now discovering your channel and am so glad of all the help you are giving to people. This is a most unfortunate situation and I can relate as I have hearing impaired family members. This young man has to have an advocate for himself as people like his mom will take advantage. I am not sure of her home dynamics or her financial situation but no mother with any feelings at all would treat her child with disability or not this way. If she was scared of him she could have reached out for help with him...not hiding and locking him away out of sight. Surely the church could have pointed her to the appropriate people to help.
