I've done the same thing, Anne. I have abandoned novels which I have weaved some of the stories into my new works.

:) i loved Angel Time :) i admit it was difficult for me to get into at first, but once i was in to the book ^^ i couldn't put it down

I'm just about finished with my lost book. I think my agent will either pull her hair out or praise me for pure genius. It took 50k words to start loving and get acquainted with this YA dystopian novel. I'm hoping my first editing draft will get this damn thing right.

Rightly so, but you need to realize that authors are sometimes bound to contracts that require them to publish one book a year or even several. Pandora, for me, seemed like an attempt to venture away from Lestat…I just wish Anne had more time to explore those other vampires.
