Gold has a lot of pay to win, just like any other battleground. Just not as much as Legendary, but it's present even in many Silver battleground

I save up my gold for VIP. It never gets spent, so this accumulates over the course of many months

MUF was a very tough alliance. No doubt. Could not compete with their full army group of 9.2 MB at the time. Most of our players still don't have 9.2 units
