I just can't stop watching it from time to time (winter and snow came in my region), very good video, good pace more feeling of 'I do it because I like to ride' not 'I need to show off' or always compete at all cost. Also brings kind of desire for the jurney itself, pure, clean... no 'brain-damiaging' background soundtrack... nice vid!

That prone press-up tip is awesome. I have some stretches that I do to keep going strong past the first couple hours, but I can see where that could be more to the point.

AWESOME TRAIL !! You made it look easy. Beautiful views everywhere. We call the lone male on our rides the "Trail Male". LOL !! And what was up with that dude at 5:52 ?? Dang , He was TOTALLY off the road. Hope he got some help. Thanks for the GREAT video !! Stay DUSTY !

I prefer coil cus I don't have to deal with adjusting pressure when I start a ride or during a ride even. Coil is more consistent, and does not overheat the shock on heavier riders or a lot of rough riding. I run coil front and back.

My old stomping grounds! Went to college in flagstaff and spent a lot of time in those hills. Fisher point is also a great ride. Awesome vid!

I have had only one friend willing to suffer on a 50 mile Mtn bike ride....He moved to another state, not sure if it was to avoid another sufferfest.....lol People truly don't realize how hard long distance Mtn bike rides are. My personal formula is 1 Road bike mile equals 5 Mtn bike miles

Just did a mt bike road trip through the SW including your area. Had a great time!! That drive from flagstaff to Sedona is amazing even w the smoke.

Awesome trip thanks so much for sharing. My daughter is finishing up at NAU so Ill be out there in August. Definitely riding this route while I'm there. Are there potable water sources on the route? Thanks.

#bemoreawesome ;-) I have been the "token guy" on a mainly women's ride in the past. I look forward to riding in terrain like that some day. It looks so different from the east coast woods I usually ride in.

This looked so fun! I live in Cave Creek, so going to Flag is a great day trip--any recommendations there for a fairly new rider? (6 months)--just got my first full suspension (Yeti SB130)--very different from my Marlin 7 hardtail!!:-)

I mainly ride my hardtail. However, for any ride over a coupe of hours, I find it much less tiring to ride my full suss. Just my 2c.

Hey, we met you at the bottom of Heart in September. You were at the bottom of Heart and we asked you how the trail was (we were thinking of heading up). You said it was a great flow trail. And flowy it is. What you didn’t bother to tell us is it’s really a down only trail. The joke was on us. Thanks for helping out some out of towners. Not cool.
