Started off hateing him. But found his policies worked. If we had had conservative Congress cpuod have balanced the budget that had to wait untill bill Clinton. And majority republican. Congress. Balanced the budget. Bit Obama put us right back into the red again and joey. Ain't no better,,,

Es una verdadera tristeza que la música haya decaído tanto, mi hijo tiene 24 años de edad y gracias a que desde bebé lo acostumbre a escuchar buena música hoy en día tiene mis mismos gustos musicales, desde que iniciamos el día tenemos música en casa, ojalá la gente hiciera lo mismo para que los jóvenes aprendan de lo bueno. Tenga 61 años actualmente. De joven sí era una joven muy atractiva y deseaba un caballero o príncipe azul u hombre que me salvara. Tuve un novio maravilloso 8 años. La mejor relación sentimental de toda mi vida. Con él pude ver Oficial y Caballero apenas con 18 años entonces. Por supuesto me enamoré de la película. Quizás por mi rebeldía. Me pude identificar hasta con Richar Gere en la Académica. La visa es impredecible. No ha sido nada fácil. Me casé y separé joven con 2 hijos preciosos a mi cargo. Luché. Peleé con la vida y las circunstancias adversas. Nunca tiré la toalla. Tuve un buen trabajo. Ahí sigo. En ocasiones continúe viendo en video Oficial y Caballero. Con los años comencé mi terapia con un buen profesional. Aprendí a salvarme yo sola. Mucho trabajo personal. Mis hijos actualmente son independientes. Buena gente. Ya no me siento sola. Conseguí tenerme a mí misma. A conocerme. A quererme. A cuidarme. A respetarme. Tengo una gran y bonita historia de vida. Quizás por eso me pude identificar en esta película con sus personajes. Por supuesto Richar Gere mi amor platónico. Creo ha sido un actor seximbol . Impresionante. En la vida nos tenemos que superar. Ahora Richar Gere vive en mi país. Mi hijo mayor debido a su trabajo tiene algún contacto con él. Si me cuentan esto no me lo creo. Sigo viendo cada esquís tiempo la película. Es de mi preferidas. Gracias

Unbelievable! 40 years man! So many things have changed since 1982, when this movie first came out and l was a young man who came to notice this song and had so many dreams back then. 40 years later, l am a 60 years old dude now and have had no more dream to change the world but just want to retire peacefully

No, I’m 69 , riddled with cancer but have NO intention of retiring peacefully ! There’s the expression ‘ you’re as old as you feel ‘ and I DO intend to change the world as much as I can, cos when I was young I read Biology as I wanted to be an ecologist, being strongly influenced by Rachel Carson’s book ‘ Silent Spring ‘ but lost my way, started training as an Educational Psychologist and eventually became a senior Tax Inspector ( !!🤷‍♀) . Hence , I’ve now applied to do an MPhil into climate change or sim under Prof Dieter Helm at Oxford University , so long as I can be attached to Wadham college as I’m a proud KNIBB, and there’s a KNIBB clock on the clock tower at Wadham College ! Обожаю слушать ДЖО КОКЕРА.Его уникальный голос,честное слово,приводит в трепет.Но клипы никогда не смотрю,просто закрываю глаза и вижу совершенно иное.В этом случае я вижу берег океана,солнце,уходящее в воды и юную пару ,гуляющую по берегу.Наконец то их любовь оставили в покое и они могут остаться навсегда вдвоем. This movie is the perfect love story and actually convinced me to join the military as an officer candidate, until my own father stopped me in my tracks preventing me from doing so at 16 years old after graduating high school. Their relationship in this movie is beautiful and AWESOME 😎 I love you 😘🤗🤗

Call me an old romantic but the ending of this movie is just perfect. The music theme tune to this also just sublime. One of Gere’s best screen performances as well. Saw Joe Cocker live at Barbarellas Night Club in Birmingham years ago as well.
