Better image quality in the 10x camera of the Mavic 4 pro. So it can be used to film Wildlife from afar. In fact maybe instead of the current 166mm lens they could upgrade to 200mm. The other cameras could use just a dynamic range and low light performance improvements, they are already awesome!

The best improvement DJI could make with the Mavic 4 that would cause me to seriously consider buying it over the competition would be for them to unass the built-in flight restrictions.

Never going to happen. You used to be able to hack geofencing, but now it’s nearly impossible on the newer models. If you don’t want geofencing, buy a cheap-ass Hubsan or Autel.

In addition to what you've already said, I'd like to add that DJI is also improving obstacle detection so that the drone is the best at really avoiding obstacles, like the Skydio 2 from the USA. And that it doesn't lose the subject, whatever the obstacles. That's my suggestion.

For any newbie researching dji Drones, de-rate all advertised flight times a good 30 percent. 30 min means 20 min actual flight time. It will never fly the claimed time even if you run the battery completely dead. It's best to limit battery discharge to at least 20%, your batteries will last much longer.

8K 24/25/30/60/120/240 FPS and a high quality optical tele--zoom-lens [equivalent of 100-400 mm Nikon Z] with bouquet behind the focus point, adaptable by changing the aperture 😁

Instead of having three lenses and 3 sensors it should have an aps-c sensor and an optical zoom lens somewhere along the 24-70mm equivalent

I can’t imagine a mini 5 Pro coming out in the next couple months, the 4 just released 9 months ago. Also, the 4 already has a 45 minute flight time with the upgraded batteries.
