Thanks so much for this series. I played a little just to get the hang of stuf as I landed in your spot. When the game crashed, I started anew, and wandered around until I found your spot. Picked up a slug and a bunch of hogs during the travels. And now I'm working through building the initial starting base. I moved it back a couple of squares so I wouldn't have to deal with the gas. Wow, this isn't easy, but the nudge function will help. It's very satisfying seeing everything working properly. Great game, great series.

I’m glad your enjoying it. Theres been so many additions since I started the series but I think it still holds up. I see you edited out your question about how I fly so I guess you got your answer. but previously I used a mod. Now you can turn it on in advanced game options.

I noticed that you can now use nobelisks to clear out the fart rocks! Time to finish out that unused section of the factory maybe, and expand the hub storage upstairs as well? Wow! just looked at the final frames of this vid, grat look for the new manufacturing facility!

I won't ever play on experimental builds, so yeah, this update has been pretty great so far. Staying away from Lumen though.

SOme people don't want to. That's why I keep the tutorial series on Early Access only so far.

Hopefully they fixed it. I had to stop playing when 8 launched in the beta because once I placed a lvl 4 belt at a vertical angle, it would crash to desktop. I should be able to load my beta game though, so at least it's a quick check after work.

The beta is experimental, so they definitely fixed it *as long as you aren't playing on experimental*

@@PHENIXXCREATES It is. I had to disable the upscaling because concrete on a belt was looking like a failing gpu / artifacts, but running a belt at a 45 up a ramp high in the air no longer CTD. So that's nice.

@@PHENIXXCREATES I turned upscaling to "quality / off" and it seems to have taken care of it.
