Hard choices... Years ago i had a crack in my MTB and welding solved the problem (one year later cracked again). But i would go for the first new bike option. The orange bike. I'm Dutch so the orange bike would make sense.. ;-) Go with you feeling. My Fat bike is a Salsa Mukluk 3 2015 model. i hope that it stays with me still years to come. Keep them wheels rolling!

I think I would choose the Woo, you will need to replace the rear hub either way as I think you have a 177mm width hub and both of your choices have went to 197mm. Also not sure on your present crank clearing the Wo frame, I have a 2016 Wo and it’s fairly wide so a SRAM Fat5 will not clear it, I see you have a RaceFace crank so you may be good either way. If I were you though I might want to try a Corvus SkookumAF, couldn’t go wrong with the same bike Pat Smage rides!

I'd def be torn. The Wo color is sick but the adjustable dropouts would be nice on the Woo. I hope you can transfer some components... Good luck to you!!

Glad they are going to replace the frame! As for which one, I think they are pretty close honestly, so I’d go with the color preference if you have one.

I've been riding a Kona Wozo 2019 for the last few years. This year it's time for a new fatbike. I think I will buy a Canyon Dude CF.

Wo or Woo? both good : Decide which colour you like best. The wozo had 27.5x3.8 tyre whereas wo/woo runs on 26x4.0. If you keep your old 27.5 rims you *may* be able to use them on the woo because it has slightly adjustable dropouts. Adios.

Looks like both frames are the same. Forks are different but really not sure what the difference is Kona Wo Fat Disc or Kona Wo Fat Carbon Disc (Woo). If it is colour, I like the 'olive green' of the WOO (but appears there might be 2 different woo bikes available).

That you need a new rear hub is a bummer... The Wo allows to mount derailleur and carrier and has a balanced geometry. With its 455mm stays and moderate reach and relatively lower stack it will drift both wheels at the same time, if you ride seated. The Woo is geo wise the same (at least very similar) as your Wozo. It is very long in the front (and has a higher stack to compensate for that) and very short 420mm chainstays, which give better grip when climbing, but leave you to weight the front wheel in fast corners. You'll want the shortest stem possible to get the most out of the long toptube on steep descents. Bottom bracket is too low on both. Woo wants a suspension fork even more. Seat angle might be steeper=better on the Woo, as long as your seatpost height is not too much higher that the head tube. Are they both dropper compatible? Color?

Здравствуйте, если Вам предлагают новую раму, то я предложил Вам присмотреться к Kona woo, у нее как у Вас тоже подвижные дропауты, рама Kona Wozo уже накопила определенную усталость металла и лучше выбрать новую раму если есть такая возможность.

You might have to break the old Motobecane back out until this is sorted out. ✌

If one is slacker I would go with that since you like trail riding. If the geo is the same go with the lighter frame or the color you like the best.
