I am 77 years old & have practiced a macrobiotic / vegan diet for 50 yrs. now. It has kept me disease-free & never get sick with flues as I did in my youth. Trial & error as to salt intake is important for me ( the less salt the better). In any event - we are what we eat & I feel it should be our priority to find our personal selection.
