an update on my lyme journey and Cowden protocol. I was having technical issues the last few minutes and it cut me off, so watch the last few minutes on the next video 😊 I'm too exhausted to keep redoing it🤪

70% of schools have poor air quality. Sounds like being in the schools may have contributed to your setback. Just something to consider as that has been my personal experience with Lyme and working at my children’s school. Hope it helps 🙏🏼

I just saw this comment today. I've considered that as well. I'm only in the school 10-17 hrs a week. We had the state provide air filter in every room last year as well. I was curious and took my air quality meter there and it tested great. It doesn't test mold though. But I did do a comparison when I was working and when we had summer and longer school breaks..and I definitely got worse being at home those times.

@@tiffaniesterzer7910 I was only working 24 hours a week in the cafeteria with summers off and have the HLA mold susceptible gene. As a result of being in the environment it has triggered CIRS that has a strict criteria for diagnosis that I’ve met unfortunately. But, I’m grateful to know as I can now treat the mysterious illness that everyone ( conversational doctors) thinks SSRI’s will fix. When I saw your story I just wanted to mention in the case I could help as this is a challenging situation to deal with and a lot of nonsense online. Best of health to you on your healing journey 🙏🏼
