Here is an update on the Yuma CIGS Panel after using it for the last few months while boating. Overall, I give it a thumbs up. The power harvest is pretty decent. I like how light and flexible it is so easy to deploy on various areas of the boat using bungee cords and tie-downs. I can roll it up and stow it in a locker when not in use.
I added some cloth blanket material to the backside with snaps and Gorilla tape. This helps it not slide so easily and protects mt bimini Sunbrella material from the panel edges. In the video, I show the panel hung over my boat's flybridge brow and do a power wattage test. The average charge power to the batteries was around 160 watts. Not bad, given that it's now September 30th, so the sun angle has dropped down.
