Never heard of Zoran, but at your mention I decided to check out his Conquest run that he is currently doing. While I understand his playthrough is the reason you are against doing Conquest (for now) I will say this after watching a few episodes: the way he does things feels very different from yours, despite the similarities regarding bios. I guess the simple thing to say is: His playthrough feels more like a walkthrough rather than a Let’s Play, if that makes any sense. When I watch his stuff, it feels like a “do this specific thing to get successful results on your playthrough”, where as with your playthrough, I can watch it and still feel confident in doing things a different way, and I can have fun looking back on how you did things, and I can think “oh, so this is how he did it”. Like with yours I feel like I can learn how to do multiple solutions to a problem instead of having to follow one specific way to do it, otherwise I fail. I’ve also probably said this before, but if the “certain someone leaving” is who I think you’re referring to, I will say that, yeah, it sucks to see them go, but with channels like yours I can always look forward to seeing something interesting. While some people said that your channel/content is similar to their’s, I’d have to disagree. Honestly your content feels a lot more grounded (if that makes sense), and I assure you I mean that in the most positive way possible.

I prefer the gray and black background for the bios, makes it easier to see I'd be down for seeing an Awakening run, I may be biased cuz I am really nostalgic to that game.

I started watching sometime around the Episode Aigis announcement because I realized that I never knew the contents of The Answer; I only knew the ending so I searched up something like "Persona 3 fes the answer walkthrough" and yours was the first to appear. Since then I have completely watched your Persona 3, 4, 5, currently watching reload and strikers and I finished watching your Blue Lions blind run through of Three House so I don't think you have to worry about your videos not being shown to people cause you were the first result I got when I was looking for playthroughs of The Answer. Moreover my point is that I've thoroughly enjoyed not only your older content but your newer content as well and I'm excited to see your future projects.

Neat to see you’ve got a pretty solid plan going forward, Nintendo Directs notwithstanding. For the Persona 3 Bios, I’d go with the checkered layout, it’s easier to see the text on them for me. As for potential streaming options, I’m definitely interested in seeing some FE Iron Man runs if possible, although I’d also be interested in seeing Sly Cooper, as I’ve got some cursory knowledge on that series from way back in the day.

I think the checkered background works. The transparent one was difficult to read. It would be so funny if Thracia was the remake while we all assumed it would be FE 4 or 6.

Channel plans seem great, excited to hear about more Megaten and Persona stuff, and ironman streams seem great, though a quick warning about Radiant Dawn: the game has a lot of game over conditions that might not immediately come to mind (IIRC losing anyone before 1-4 is a game over, most units in early part 2 are game over conditions, and part 3 has some long-term game over cons that are not great, including Ranulf and I believe Sigrun.). I believe there is a patch that removes a lot of these, it might, in fact, be the same one that fixes the enemy ranges, but just something to keep in mind

Edit: In fact, I am *so* fond of your commentary that your videos singlehandedly got me into Trails and Lost Dimension, AND I was able to watch some of your Persona videos even though I actively hate Persona to such an extent that the games I hate more than Persona 4 can be counted on one hand. As someone who's been holding off on watching other Q2 Let's Plays to wait for yours to come out because I found your channel through your Persona Q Let's Play and absolutely loved the way you were very knowledgeable AND 100% completed every floor AND finished every side quest/hang out thing... I'm a very sad panda that I have to wait longer lol But if you need the break from Persona, take the break. I can wait. I'd prefer your usual great commentary where it's clear you're enjoying yourself over you not enjoying it as much as you otherwise would've because you're shoving through on the Persona grind. As for platformers that you might want to try out, might I recommend Jak and Daxter? The first game of that series is a really nifty platformer and is quite simple to 100% in one playthrough, plus the story is a lot of fun. If you haven't tried it out yet, definitely recommend giving it a peek!

The livestreams have really helped me feel like I’m able to interact more directly with other members of this community, and that’s felt pretty nice. For the P3R bios, I think the black and grey skill background looks better, as it’s a little easier to read.

I absolutely understand the feeling of getting beat down by the algorithm. I know that the video analytics messages are supposed to be "helpful" or "inspiring" but they really only come across as rude and mocking if something doesn't do well. Mid-sized creators have it hard enough already and it feels like this definitely doesn't help. I would love to watch... any streams I can catch, lol. Crash and Sly are definitely games I wanna see though and I might have a lot more time this coming summer, or maybe even once uni starts. P3 streams are great background noise I find. On a more personal note, I picked up Hades again on Switch this time, and... turns out the game is a lot more fun when you get combos like Artemis' on-hit homing arrows together with the fists or, like, 10 Aphrodite upgrades in a row lmao. Definitely good that I got back into it, thanks for inspiring me :) WOOOOOOOOOOO THRACIA WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Of course I couldn't NOT mention it in this comment. ...now that I have that out of my system, I would not only love to watch, but also contribute in one way or another. I'm no expert at the game but with a relatively fresh playthrough on me and a good amount of experience, it'd be fun to help in whatever way I can. A lot of things on both of the wikis, especially the "strategy" and "viability" sections, feel like they were written by a snobby Reddit user 10 years ago. A test playthrough helps of course, but it's easy to overlook character niches (especially on join maps) or other small improvements. Not quite playing for "efficiency" per se, not a fan of that, moreso trying to strategically plan as best as possible.

As a suggestion for a potential Awakening stream, if you're okay with modding Project Thabes was recently completed, and it looks like it adds a lot of cool stuff. Gay Awakening is also really fun for all the extra pairing options that are added.

Regarding streaming, it's legitimately shocking that a stream chat of an average of 80ish viewers and no moderator keeping them in check really doesn't end up needing it. 0:32- Yeah, 2023 was probably some of the most fun I've had on this channel. I'll admit to bias as any year remotely better than my 2022 would have been a godsend, but even with that factored in, I think that was one of the best years your channel has had. Not just in terms of growth, but I just felt so nice and legitimately fun (and was rather infectious because how much you were enjoying yourself in those projects as well). 1:37- Ooooooh, those look so nice. Always have a way with making these Klingy. The only thing I can think to improve is to maybe give the skill boxes checkerboard backgrounds, or at least a more "proper" background at least some kind of just in case some of the "special effects" from the character level up screens bleeds into the text (like you can see happening the Garula and Recarm text boxes). 2:55- I already have an idea or two, but now I feel dumb since I also feel like I overlooked the hints. Maybe I can blame chat for that one. Xp 4:40- That would be a cool idea. 5:03- I would be a lot more concerned with the workload. I can kind of speak from experience since for an associate's Dark Souls 1 stream, whenever I had to help them out in boss fights via summons, I did it with different characters each time as gag impersonators of others in our group. The problem that came with that it was draining doing multiple runs at once. For you, it'd only just be two and not several like I did, but I would like for you to avoid the extra stress unless you really want to stream SMTV as well. 6:06- "I haven't abandoning the series." Why would that even be an idea? Our last play through before Strikers was Engage and that was only a couple of months ago. Don't feel like you're abandoning FE all because you had two Atlus things (Strikers and P3 Reload) overlap a bit. 8:17- Understandable. Once again, even with my massive Thracia loving heart, I will join all and any efforts to help damn 24x as one of FE's worst maps. 8:36- At the very least, Thracia's was the most innocent (in route split design, actually maps can be mean there) with only a grand total of two different chapters (16A/16B and 17A/17B) and only few story details change that don't radically alter the narrative without dragging it down. But whenever you do play Thracia, hope you have a great time. 8:54- On one hand never a good when we get a section that's just YT's logo in a video, but on the other, the screen messing it up so it's just "Tube" is pretty funny. Xp 10:55- Again, sorry you have to deal with what's effectively YT's abuse to you and to any other creator strangled by its systems. I just hope that in spite of the BS, you can continue to do what you love. 11:26- Barring Gary Stu disconnecting the stream after he was released back into the world anyway. lol 12:44- Why is Tails upside down? Poor boy. Xp 14:45- Before moving onto the last thing to note, just want to say that all of these stream ideas have me very interested in checking out, so you can expect me to be there too. 15:47- Don't. Lunatic + sounds like pure and utter hell. I don't want to see more suffer from it. 16:10- After last time, might just want to do that in general. Xp 16:11- But on a serious note, FE streams also sound very fun and I'd understand if you needed to go into a hyper focus mode if you decide to do more difficult stuff for them. 16:35- Oh yeah. Almost overlooked that and the FE4/FE6 section. That could be a massive shake up, but for said Direct, I can honestly see it go 50-50 on if we get news of a FE Remake or not. On one hand, A FE remake coming in at the end of a console's lifespan isn't out of the question given Echoes, a 3DS game, released after the Switch dropped, but on the other, with how much bigger FE has become since 2017, I'm also curious if Nintendo would use a FE game, especially a big remake many want, to be a launch title for the Switch's successor and thus will hold off until 2025 for that. In other news, while I'm perfectly fine before anyone gets concerned, I am now Stu Pickles and have lost control of my life. By that I mean for game stuff. What's complicated/caused this is my previously mentioned associate is going through Monster Sanctuary, one of my favorite games of all time. However, to make sure I can give actually good advice, I'm kind of forced to do a third run, which I don't mind per say and I'm having a lot of fun (just probably won't do the ultimate post-game Keeper fights as I don't think he'll actually go through with them). Problem is that has thrown a massive wrench into my schedule in that now, I have to play that game, get down my MD grinding as the second event for this month has started, I need to grind it, and I've yet to start it, AND tomorrow begins the release of the TTYD remake, which my copy should be arriving for in time. As you can see, that's a lot of f^^^ing juggling at the moment. Once the MD grinding comes to an end, things will ease up considerably. By then hopefully I can get into a pattern of alternating between Monster Sanctuary and TTYD and get those both done before Vengeance comes out (and maybe get some time for Trails From Zero, but zero promises on that).

Unfortunately I usually cannot follow streams because of timezones and other stuff I have to do, so I guess a good alternative for people like me would be very short videos on something funny/cool etc that happened live. You kinda did a couple of them for the P3 streams and I liked them a lot. Also I think the algorithm pushes them a little bit more so maybe more people can get to know you through them. I think it's a lot of work though so I consider it more like a sporadic thing to make people who don't follow streams involved in your new 'project'!

Some things I'm interested, others not so much but I just have to wait and see, then decide on the spot since various circumstances may change what I want to see at that point of time.

Exciting! As one of your fans who is into both Persona and Fire Emblem, I personally would be happy watching anything from those series on your channel. I don't get Persona-d out, and I don't plan on buying P5T (at least not anytime soon), so watching a playthrough of it by you would be pretty cool, but I also understand your concerns. Especially about running out of P5 content. I haven't been able to watch many of your streams, but I sometimes go back and watch the videos afterwards. And I think Fire Emblem streams would be neat! Especially Awakening, which I have also been meaning to go back and replay. I don't particularly care what type of run you do, or even if you just play them like normal. I also think that Sly Cooper could be very fun for streaming. Regardless, I'm looking forward to whatever comes next!

Atlus's output this year has sure influenced me into going through a megaten spree this year, definitely would look forward to the game you were hinting at and binding blade if you do decide to cover them as those are my favorites of their respective series.

The problem with awakening ironman is If you play on hard, the safest option is focusing xp on few units to reliably tank enemy phase. If you try to train a team, they will die for an ambush spawn. Happened to me. When I lost 5 units for bad ambush spawn , aka, ambush spawn in rout maps, I just Robin solo with chrom pair up. Well, you can try Awakening Lunatic +, but isn't fun. Lunatic is a bit interesting tbh. With DLC, you can train more units, without it, you are going to train a few units. My last Lunatic run was Robin, Chrom, Lissa, Frederic, Morgan and Lucina. For RD, uses the ironman patch, so you don't have random game over condition like Tanith in mekkah's bridge. I lost my ironman because of that. I think If fe4 or fe6 gets a remake, it will be considerably different like fe11 and fe 12, having different experiences, unlike gaiden /echoes

I would love to see Sly or Ratchet from you, live or in parts. As for the planned LPs, good to see you spacing things out. I do hope to see Q2 sometime relatively soon, but I understand why you want to wait on it.

Haha just as I was about to comment about the June Direct talking about an FE4 Remake, you brought that up lol! I’m all for Thracia content. I love that game so much, and think it doesn’t get enough love 🤗. There definitely are some stressful moments in it, but I still think it’s the best FE has ever been mechanically (aside from a few quirks like staves missing, and recruiting Xavier ☠️). Omg! I played Awakening again this year in January and I remember I hated it the first time I played it, but I’m glad I gave it a 2nd go. I came out liking it way more than the first time. It still kinda ranks lower on the list for me, but I genuinely like it now and think it’s a good game. The end of it especially is my favorite (like right when the stuff with Grima really pops off). Also, playing Echoes and seeing the stuff with the Tower of Thabes and then going back to Awakening really puts Grima in a different light. I like that the devs added that background in Echoes.

1:36 I'd probably go with the checkerboard black & gray since depending on the background color the transparent tables could make the info hard to parse.

Honestly this is just the year of “you have to many games to play” for me. Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail, Kingdom Hearts on a storefront with proper cloud saves, TTYD, Metaphor, Fallout New Vegas/4, Dragon Quest Monsters TDP, and FF16 when that launches. I’m swamped with all the games I wanna play but I only have so much time. So I kinda feel you there.

The fact that you're considering Fire Emblem streams makes me SO HAPPY. The moment I heard you were gonna give streaming a try and you liked it, I was like, "Oh. Seeing Fire Emblem challenge runs streams would be SO much fun, and allow you an opportunity to revisit games you've already finished. ^3^ If you're open to a suggestion: since you've mentioned that there are a lot of characters in Engage that you said you'd never used to Endgame before during your playthrough, maybe a playthrough where you exclusively use those characters? Get a change to try them all out at once. ^_^

I have been thinking off attempting Tellius runs of sorts myself recently once I get a new setup going, I have had a mounts only run in the backburner to do for RD ever since I've thought about it in 2021 but unfortunately near the end of last year, I ended up losing a lot of GC/Wii saves lets say and with it a Jill I had planed to transfer to help with the DB chapters, so to possibly help with that get back on track, I have been thinking a PoR Iron Man where Jill would very likely be one of the investment targets, plus I really feel like I have the early game really down pat on what to do at this point.

I'd love to watch the streams, but they're in the middle of the night for me. I'd also love to see Xenoblade 2 stuff from you now that I've finished the game myself.

I prefer the checkerboard backgrounds. Thracia approached as a standalone would be really interesting, especially since it's gone through a bit of a reevaluation over time. Awakening and Engage both lend themselves to PMU runs (especially Engage due to Emblem combinations), although you'd have to make it first come first serve for offering up unit choices.

An awakening set of streams might be fun. As would Sly. I rarely see people covering it.

Discovered your channel through your playthrough of Advance Wars Reboot Camp. Very much enjoyed the style of video you bring to the table. Never really had any interest in the Persona or Shin Megami Tensei games, watched a friend play Persona 3 Reloaded and it was good, but didn't catch my interest, but did have a very small interest in getting into Fire Emblem and those games might scratching the perma death Rpg itch like Xcom does and the tactical gameplay like Advance Wars. Might watch one of your Fire Emblem playthroughs to see if it's a series I like.

Well with this entire vid being focus on the Atlest titles I do want to bring up Unicorn Overlord as i completed that game myself while I need to reload a save to beat it again cause there were 2 bonuses I failed to pay attention to I can talk the new difficulty you unlock when you completed the game. Just want you to keep in mind if you plan to check the game. True Zenorian has already proven to be a brutal difficulty to being with as well as the only difficulty where the permadeath is active(the squad has to be wiped out to count) also item uses have been made limited down to five so this difficulty team synergy is absolutely key in this game which I do want to try and do as I'm trying to do it without recuting Mercs. Again you have to beat the game to unlock the difficulty once no matter the difficulty. Something to keep in mind once you decide to take the plunge. As for any fire emblem focus title's ill salute you if you get past Lunatic (especially on classic) but stay away form Lunatic plus unless you want to deal with enemies that have garentted active attack skills(especially Leathlity) so I don't recommend it for your sanity sake. As for engage I actually have an idea that i wonder you'll be interested in running which is a kingdom favor run. Its where you do a run using only the units the have been recutied/affiliate with the kingdom in question. For example if you were doing a Ferine run everyone who were part of that kingdom are the only ones you can use and this extents to those you recuit as well so those like Anna and Yunaka can be used. But if you were to do say an Elusia run you would be able to still use Anna cause she's originally form Elusia but not Yunaka as she form Brodia and the same sentiment extents if you did a Brodia run you understand. As for progression like if your focus was Solm you would basically drop units in order till you reach the kingdom in question. As for those like Clanne and Framme treat them like wildcards to fufill a free slot. Thats my idea at the least so what do you think.

I, personally, have only seen vods of your streams, but they look, and, arguably more importantly, sound, like they'd be amazing to be there as it's happening. P3R bios: I think a solid background would be best, that'll make it easier to read. Thracia 776: Hoo boy, I can't wait to see that it's gonna be fun hopefuly. Streaming: Also can't wait for Xenoblade 2, Crash 4 and the Sly games, aside from the first Sly which I've watched (and actually done) a few playthroughs of, I only know a few scattered plot points from that series.

Strikers was great, and I totally get you wanting to save other Phantom Thieves adventures for later. Personally I’d love to see you do FE4, but if there’s gonna be a remake (Which I seriously hope there will be, FE4 is one of my favorites. I have a laundry list of things I hope they’d do with a remake.) then it makes sense to wait for that. My experience with FE5 was getting to the route split, choosing to do the B route, and then promptly having my save data erased because I was changing computers and it didn’t carry over for some reason. Same with my FE4 file, I was on Endgame. I need to get back to watching your Engage playthrough, I fell behind immensely and want to see your opinions on certain characters and maps. No idea what next Atlas game you’re hinting at since I haven’t been around for the streams, but I’m sure it’ll be fun. I’m gonna take a wild guess and say either Devil Survivor Overclocked or Majin Tensei 2. Prolly not the latter, but it’s possible. Either way I’m excited for what comes next!

1.40 id definitely say fill in the backgrounds, look at say recarm for example, the background makes it kinda hard to parse so it would certainly help accessibility

I am kinda hoping I could find some more info about smt v vengeance because I will be going to a game exhibition/festival that starts today and ends on Sunday. From what I can tell, Nintendo of Korea is planned to let people try demos of various games including smt v vengeance. I'll be here for all of it. Also, it's probably best to emulate the Sly Cooper series. The HD collection or higher ports has that one second delay of audio for characters talking. Once you notice it, it honestly ruins the dialogue and flow.

Definitely make skill backgrounds grey and black for P3R bios. Much easier to read that way. Alternatively, if you plan on representing the different party members with different colors (purple for Yukari?) you could also try making the colors behind the skills a monochromatic checkered pattern with 2 different shades of the same color.

The issue of having transparent backgrounds for the skill text is that while it heavily contrasts with the background I find the lack of a solid colour backdrop and how busy the image is makes the text harder to read. I will hazard a guess that the Atlus RPG you are doing a test run of is Digital Devil Saga, If you do V Vengeance I would recommend the hybrid style of using your knowledge of the base game to inform the new one while being blind on the Canon of Vengeance Since I feel it offers a balance of allowing content to be made in a timely manner, it would be on what anyone interested in the game would want to see, the new story content. New demons, new side quests….. Even with the new demons and systems in place it’s not like this is an entirely seperate game, I feel a lot of aspects will carry over, it’s also not like you cannot analyse in real time using that knowledge and apply it to new demons, for an example which is made using release material for one demon U.M.A Hare of Inaba is a strong defensive demon for the mid game due to resisting all regular magic and being immune to Light and Dark, combined with its access to Taunt it can redirect single target attacks that would hurt his allies more, and since he has access to Dustoma he can even dodge tank if he can inflict the enemy with Daze, however due to lacking any affinity for attacking skills he is a mostly passive demon making him not as useful in regular mob fights and due to being a Fusion Accident only demon he is harder to get than most demons. Something funny is that Thracia 776 is your safe option for not getting remade, when 7 years ago they remade Gaiden, another game that lacked popularity amongst the fanbase and was relatively obscure, while the rumours do point towards Genealogy or Binding Blade and I do feel that they are more likely to do that, but remaking Thracia 776 isn’t out of the question. Since I only know Thracia’s plot in broad strokes I shall ask while it is an interquel of Genealogy 2nd Generation how integral would that game be for understanding Thracia 776. I would admittedly like it the most of the options you have, I don’t want to see Conquest especially due to my strained relationship with it, even more than the other routes due to me suffering hype backlash from it, because it’s by far the most well regarded Fates version and I find it just as/even more flawed in a way that effects my enjoyment the same way as other routes. So for the next island in Sonic Frontiers, while I understand why it has the name it has due to the theme they went with, but to me it feels weird to have an island called Chaos Island when we have both the Chaos Emeralds and Chaos as exitstamt conceits in the franchise, with the former not having any more bearing on Chaps Island than kyhrfs Also I should say that the stream made me want to play Sonic Frontiers to completion, albeit not to go out of my way to get it as I already had it but it was the next game I played after that stream. Also something in find funny is depending on what Sonic and Shadow Generations adds it’s very much possible that one of the games with more content in Sonic 06, Since of your talking Shadows personal history he’s only really been important with either a big story role or stages dedicated to him in Adventure 2, Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic 06 and Forces, Xenoblade 2, since it is one of my favourites it is on the top of the games I would like to see you stream. Since you mentioned going for main story mainly, while admittedly I know it both isn’t going for a completionism angle and when considering time into the equation the game is very very side-quest heavy, But due to Xenoblade 2 linking a fair amount of its characters with its gacha it means it is very much possible that you miss out on a lot of possible options and content you can show and give your opinion on. I don’t think it will have that much effect on actually completing the game though, since it’s not like you don’t have a good amount of options just using ones you get out in guaranteed ways, either through story based Core Crystals that give certain Blades or the DLC Blades, but means that such options as Dagas or Zenobia are nowhere near guaranteed to appear, Also wouldn’t it be funny if one of the first Rare Blades is Ursula, considering how she’s the time stinkiest of Rare Blades considering how her quest line works. While I’m not exactly sure I would call Sly Cooper underrated, Since to me that would imply a game that is better than its players often give credit far, and from what I can tell while it is very well liked by its fan base, it is a series that I do like and hence wouldn’t mind seeing streamed But is a series which has gotten way less over time compared to other Playstation games of a similar genre than something like Ratchet and Clank, Which got a game less on the current generation, while Sly Cooper hasn’t had a game in 11 years and even then that came out 8 years after the last one. Of the Fire Emblem Stream ideas, Awakening by far as I wouldn’t mind if it was fairly standard, it’s my first Fire Emblem game and still has a lot of stuff I like in it. Several characters, story scenes. gameplay, visuals, call backs. A slight issue is that I tend to gushing about things I don’t share similar opinions on to feel awkward and I am pretty much the opposite on Panne, both gameplay wise or character wise.

I have a potential idea for the Fire Emblem Awakening Stream playthrough.... maybe some kind of run where everyone you use has to be in a different class than their base one (for example Vaike as a Thief, Virion as a Mage and Kellam as a Priest). Though I'm aware that that would either require a bunch of grinding (for both levels and second seals) or some sort of mod that changes each unit's starting class. Also, something I've learned from a different channel who regularly streams on KZfaq: In their case, streams are given priority over videos in the algorithm but only during the stream (and the video isn't given its original priority after the stream ends). Yes it's dumb and said channel is mainly able to work around it because they primarily stream with only one weekly video.

Interesting enough, there's a mod for Thracia that allows you to do PvP with another person. It have some changes to the game to make the PvP more balance like the enemies are not able to visit the houses at all to prevent like 90% of houses to be visited on turn 1, but also some enemies that are either bosses or simply guards that block the way (guard AI) aren't allow to move as long as the hidden data is set to 2 or 3. There're other changes like the removal of Fog of War and Miracle+ given to civilians and Eyvel but there's too many to list here. Also, some things can cause problem or crash the game when doing PvP like visiting an arena, releasing playable units (seriously, don't do that. Especially to Leif) and more.

15:14 This might be a VERY dumb idea for an Awakening run, but what if you hacked 99 Second Seals into the game and did a run where you weren't allowed to use any unit's base class tree? I actually have some predictions as to how certain units would fare. Also, you would definitely need to determine how class trees with overlapping classes as well as prepromotes would be treated. - Henry would be pretty similar in viability, given that Thief and Barbarian are actually class trees that suit him quite well. - Cherche's viability completely tanks. Why were her other class trees Cleric and Troubadour? If I could just hack the game to change around a few class trees, I'd swap one of those out for Cavalier. - Lissa... well, she'd be a good Dark Flier or Valkyrie. No Tomefaire definitely sucks, though. - As someone who's done Assassin Sully in the past, Sully is just fine. - Ricken's viability also completely tanks. - As does Tharja's. - Miriel is completely fine, though. Honestly, depending on how you handle Libra starting off as a War Monk, Miriel might be one of the best magical units in the first generation because Henry, Ricken, and Tharja are all forced to go physical and out of all of those, only Henry can really fare well.

What are your thoughts on Pokemon Conquest? I've heard it's pretty much FE but with a Pokemon themed skin and I'm curious if you would cover it at all on the channel.

I definitely think checkered looks better, way easier to read. Also should probably research when certain shoes and weapons are available to (Shift Amp shoes, Dragon Boots, Junpei's Slash Boost sword, Aigis' Pierce Boost gun, Akihiko's Strike Boost gloves, Akihiko's Apt Pupil gloves, Ken's Light Boost spear, Ken's Elec Amp spear, etc.). Thracia's weird. It's kind of like FE6 where when you know what's coming it's generally not too bad, so the more you play it the more fun it gets. Hence, why hardcore players like FE5 and 6 so much. On the other hand, if you're playing blind without a guide it can often be an absolute nightmare. There are plenty of ways you can screw yourself over or even softlock yourself at worst (door keys anyone?). There's a reason everyone says to use a guide on your first playthrough. And like you said, unit viability is a lot less dependent on stats themselves. Enemies are weak (base Mareeta can oneround enemies in the final chapter) and caps are low so strong combat is easy to come by. What matters is how unique that combat or any utility they have is. And most of the time a unit has *something* unique to them or at least useful enough to justify maybe deploying. Well... everyone but Miranda. A good example is Halvan. Competent bases, solid growths, solid base combat, solid weapon access, 4PCC is great, and Vantage is an ok skill. But he just doesn't have enough to stand out aside from availability despite being perfectly serviceable (again, strong combat is easy to come by and he has absolutely no utility) so he tends to end up in very lower middle in tier lists. 15:50 I can tell you right now Lunatic+ is not fun. When there are chapters that *require* resetting if enemies spawn with certain skill combos (set skill combos didn't happen until Fates) things are bad. Even past the earlygame Lunatic+ Awakening just turns into the typical Robin solos the game that it is on lower difficulties. Me personally, the most fun I have with Awakening comes from just going for lowest turn count. That way you can make the most of the stupid mobility tools the game has (infinitely buyable E rank Rescue, Pair-Up, Deliverer, etc.).

When the June Direct is posted "Eveready's great at Your Junes!" I know this is an off the wall question, but since you are a fan of critical role, have you ever considered Games like, Divinity Original sin II or Pathfinder Wraith of the righteous or king maker. Granted Pathfinder has SO MANY difficulty settings it's hard to tell them apart, but I'm in the position that "CORE" is not necessary to enjoy the game, I found normal is decent. Sadly though with PFWTOR, Understanding the Monster blocks are Kind of important. I do think you might enjoy these games even if it's not something you put on your channel. As for Release timing, things are in a odd position this time of year. I will say I have heard a LOT of good things about "thousand year door". As for Sly Cooper, I never had the device to play this game on but I figure based on what others have said it sounded decent. I can't remember if you have missed any of the Ace Attorney, I don't think you did but Master Detective Archives: Rain Code is a game in similar spirit and I think you might bring a unique perspective to the game. It has been a while since I commented. Mainly because life happened and I rather not talk about it. I just needed time is all I will say. But to talk about the video. I’m glad you’re enjoying Streaming. It isn’t for everyone but since you find it enjoyable it may be the excuse to get more quote on quote ‘niche’ series. Heck with enough streams you might have more people open to watching them as videos. Otherwise I don’t have much to say since most things I would want to say or speak about requires knowing what comes out the direct. I suspect that Holy War or Binding Blade are the most likely to get remade with Radiance behind. Just with how things are lining up. But it is kind of strange how confident Nintendo is with how their statement was so. We might be getting many things revealed. Just don’t work yourself too hard alright. No one wants you hating what you do, nor burning out. And don’t be like me who spent a whole day letting things build up while recording. Yeah, Thracia! I love seeing what characters people end up using in that game and who gets move level ups. Also, using a map for 24x is a 150% legitimate decision. The Algorithm is pretty much the devil, like the evil incarnation of capitalism itself, so I'd take it with a grain of salt. I don't know much about Crash or Sly Cooper, so I'd be interested in them. I've heard Radiant Dawn is pretty hard to ironman, due to the relatively small number of available units you have at any one point (not to mention chapters you can lose the entire run if anybody dies), but it'd be interesting!

I definitely would not recommend Lunatic+ Awakening streams. Regular Lunatic mode is a difficulty you can potentially have some fun with even if it eventually devolves into a Solo run with Robin, Frederick, Vaike, etc.; Lunatic+ mode is not that.

I know it's an Atlus heavy year but don't burn yourself out mixing it up with Fire Emblem is great and all but I'd absolutely LOVE for you to do advance wars Dual Strike on the channel

Sacred Stones and Blazing Sword are examples of good route splits: it's mostly the same story, but the dynamics between certain characters are more fleshed out on the different routes. Ex: Lyon on Eirika's Route vs Lyon on Ephraim's Route and Hector Mode Hector vs Eliwood Mode Hector. I also applaud the way Sacred Stones did the Route Split in particular--having the party you didn't choose be offscreen for a while adds to the replay value without forcing the writers to write a completely new story. And (this is a bit off topic) while Ephraim Route Lyon is better written, I still think Eirika's Ending is less tragic. 9:45 I need to say this: I think that whole drama was a waste of time. It would have been better if they had resolved things privately (which he thought they did). Everyone involved would be in a better place if that hadn't happened. And while I don't hate the idea of that man retiring (everyone's got to sometime), I DO hate the idea of him retiring *like this.* It hits a little close to home--my favorite high school teacher was forced to retire after an incident started by a student calling him derogatory Vietnam Veteran names and throwing erasers at him. I'm sure you probably already know, but the PS3 ports of the Sly collection can be... unstable. Emulating it at original resolution might be the best way to go. PCSX2 has come a LONG way in the past few years. Also I would love to see you stream Crash 1. While I know you generally like to show games as they are intended for release, there are patches out there for Crash 1 and 4 which can make completion much more fair. Although the Crash 4 N.Hanced mod has sorta developed into it's own experience, but the Crash 1 Quality of Life patch keeps all the level design intact, and makes it so you would have to waste a lot less time if you die, which would make it better for streaming.

Most KZfaqrs I've watched don't engage with their audience as much as you do, which probably has to do with their sheer size. But I think the fact that you have a habit of really engaging with your viewers make us more inclined to comment. I also agree with your note on the stream chat size. A lot of streamers have wayy too big an audience to even bother engaging with, which detracts from one of the main points of streaming Also BIGKLINGY'S DOING SLY WOOOOO! Definitely the Checkerboard one. Shame I missed the last two live streams, but I was on vacation. I've been playing Dual Destinies recently, and The Monstrous Turnabout is probably the most boring case I've ever dealt with. I don't like any of the characters (aside from the Tenmas and they're more mid than anything else) and this includes Blackquill. I really hope he's one of those characters who gets better later. I eventually got so bored that I just turned on auto mode and let the game play in the background while I watched something else, only using a guide to present evidence when the game calls for it. I had a lot of fun with The Great Ace Attorney, but found the Apollo Justice Trilogy comparatively boring in terms of the overall experience and I've wondered why that is. I did come up with a few possible explanations. Firstly is that you don't get the ability to quickly advance the text until you've seen each line before, which overall drastically drags down the pacing. Secondly is the matter of the prosecutors. I have nothing bad to say about Gavin and I especially love how he's just genuinely a nice guy who wants to know the truth. Right now I'm still hoping Blackquill gets better. But I've heard very bad things about SOJ's prosecutor Sad Monk. I think the main issue for me is their physical abuse of the defense attorney, which is glossed over and treated as just a silly gag. I don't think it's a coincidence that my favourite prosecutors are Edgeworth, Gavin and Van Zieks, three men who never engage in such behavior. I get more enjoyment out of the Kodaka murder mysteries, and I think there's a few reasons for that. I will admit that I'm the kind of person who likes the really graphic stuff and can't wait until they show you the body in murder mysteries. The more psycho pop aesthetic compared to AA's more grounded tone also does it for me. And I think I don't find Monokuma and the Peace Keepers' antics nearly as infuriating as the physically abusive prosecutors is due to the fact that what they're doing isn't treated as normal behaviour. but rather a part of how inherently unfair the Killing Games and Kanai Ward are. Like, I found it funny how in RC's Chapter 2 Yuma immediately presents Martina with evidence proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that Kurumi couldn't have committed the crime, only for her to point out that she's corrupt and flat out enjoys abusing her power. Though on a related note, what do you think the next AA game would even be?
