I have cash assistance me and my husband are married we applied for his permanent residency waiting on to be aproved but we have cash assistance will that interfier with him being aproved?

I did not know about it and checked no when I file myself for my I485 . Will I be denied the green card ?

No, they will not reject your application. They will send a RFE saying “failed to answer public charge inadmissibility questions”. They will ask you fill the I-485 form Section 8, add your initial and date and send it back to them. Basically they will ask you to complete that section again, change NO to YES and complete questions 61-68.

Hi can i ask about if i am an asylee abd crossed the Texas borders in the section of information about u Can i choose 25.b Was inspected and paroled !?

Google " I-94 online" and see if there is a document showing you were inspected and paroled. If there is none, you may not have been. Basically, if you encountered Border Patrol after you crossed and they processed you, gave you a document called a Notice to Appear with a court date, you should also have an I-94.
