For me it only took less than 10 minutes to receive a refund. I’m surprised Microsoft doesn’t treat their customers like total garbage. Wow I can’t believe I’m saying this but Microsoft is pro consumer.

I had my xbox ultimate subscription on for 3 months without knowing (I tried cancelling but it did not allow me for some reason) and they took $60 from me :( I'm a 14 year old so this is huge. I was only legible to refund this month and I requested that, hopefully I get at least $20 back 🙏Edit: I let my dad know about this and if I do not get a refund, I'm grounded forever

For the subscription section. I want to refund a 3 month gamepass (non ultimate) but I redeemed the gamepass with a physical card would it matter for refunding it? Because I looked and there was no option to request a refund. It hasn’t been a day yet so that might be it. Would just like to know if there’s a difference between digital and physical subscriptions.
