For me, as soon as I turn 35, I wish to get one too. Doesn't matter low floor n blocked view. As long as I can get a 2 room bto, 47sqm at jurong area I very happy already haha. Hope by then the prices won't go up.

@@kwantian6844 It wasnt easy getting this house also. I went to ballot about 3rd time and was left only a few units for me to choose. Plus i think because I used my cpf to pay in full and I dont need to get loan from HDB. So Yes! this is fully paid off.

The water does comes thru if you dont splash it too hard. King size is a bit too big, I think Queen size is just enough.

Yes. Actually BTO 2 room flat is like living in a BTO 3 room flat less one room. Overall lots of freedom at home and also lesser housechores like mopping and vacuuming to do.

This is an option I had chose to be done by HDB and it saves me quite a lot. Plus paid off all in my CPF account. Only cash payout is the minor simple reno like lights, electricity, electrical appliances and furnishing.

@@wwpoof Ok options done my HDB is tiles of the whole flat, including the toilet tiles and kitchen tiles up to the wall. Toilet bowl and sink also done up. Kitchen is empty - you have to do your own cabinet. I paid about $15k or more for the simple reno, lighting, electricity installation, electrical appliances and furnishing.

Confirm can if u reach 35years old... To get hdb loan, u need to at least be working for 15mths to get HLE approval for loan..
