Preciate it bro. I put the voice command speaker. Behind the screen. I was gonna run it out close to the ignition but when o give my hey Siri commands they work perfectly fine so i left it there.

I appreciate the video update. I just got mine professionally installed a few weeks ago. I didn't have time installing myself like you did. The only dislike I have is the sound processor, which is definitely not the same as a pioneer or kenwood head unit. Overall, I really like this head unit. Hopefully, this Tesla style head unit will last for a long time. Keep coming with the videos. 😀

@@shawnmack1095 Sorry for the late response. I'll try not to get long winded with this. Unlike your high-end aftermarket head units such as Kenwood and Pioneer, this particular head unit does not deliver that clean and crisp sound, which will enhance your factory car speakers, or even your higher-end aftermarket car speakers. I learned a long time ago that your car speakers or your home entertainment speakers are only as good as the receiver powering it. Now, I was able to tweak this Tesla-style head unit by making constant adjustments to the installed equalizer that this particular head unit provides to get to sound similar to a Kenwood or Pioneer double DIN head unit but it's still not the same. Since I listen to mostly Hip Hop and Smooth Jazz it took a little while to the sound to my liking. For the last 4yrs. I've been flipping cars/trucks as a hobby. At the end of my projects I usually end up installing some type of sound system in each vehicle I flip. I had one Android double-din head unit that was right on par with a Kenwood or a Pioneer head unit, and only cost me $100 on Amazon. The flaw with that particular Android head unit was that it couldn't play video files higher than 360p without freezing or lagging. Overall, I like this Tesla-Style head unit. I had one installed in a Cadillac XTS a few years, which worked pretty well. I'm not going to give a review to Phoenix Automotive until I'm able to test the longevity of this device. I hope my reply helped.

@@jeremiahjones4052 I'm from Delaware. So, the best place to go to for this type of installation is Audio Works, which is where I went. Another Delaware spot is SoundFx of Lewis. Outside of Delaware, I would try the Auto Salon place in central Jersey.

I didn’t buy anything extra when I bought the screen. I already had T-Mobile sync drive plugged into my OBD a year before I bought that screen. If you know the T-Mobile sync drive has built in wifi so that’s what my screen runs off of.

Yup it comes with video inputs and outputs and a lot more. I didn’t order Anything extra . The only 2 things I might go back and order is the CarPlay tongle and the 360 camera. Other than that it comes with everything you need.

You can plug in the USB like the Uconnect. But I suggest getting a sync drive for a dedicated source for the screen

I used a very small flat head. The small ones you use to tighten your glasses 👓. They popped right off.

Can someone help me? I installed this exact same radio into my Chrysler 300S. It worked perfectly the first day. The next day, the screen flashed and blacked out and I can't see anything. All of the functions, radio, and a.c. are working but nothing on the screen. I used the reset button, pulled the main harness, and unplugged the battery and nothing worked.

Yeah I have the newest update for the Tesla screen to where to can have that go away until you swipe it up to show

@@Worldoffuush because it physically looks a little different. The shape of things and the hazard button cut out. Plus it could be some software issues but most likely it's a fitment thing.
