OK, so Indias population has exploded and the current cities are already bursting at the seams, but instead of building new cities, except Dholera and GIFT city which are relatively low-quality projects and are nowhere near complete, the govt is slightly upgrading existing cities??? C'mon India please catch up!!!

Only then will you realize that 'smart cities' are not such a good idea after all; esp., for world citizenry ... in the current scenario.
