Hello sir I am 20 yr old Female… when ever I do chest workout my left shoulder starts to hurt I do warup exercises for 5 mins and I don’t lift heavy weights I use only 4 and 6 kg dumbell what can I do? I really want to stay consistent pain ke baad kaafi demotivated lagta hai

Attendance here 😊😊 iam waiting for your answer 😊. Sir mujhe 4 month ho gaye hai gym jate... And abhi mai brench press 15kg ka lagata hu and kuchh log mujhe kahte hai tum progress nahi kar rahe. Haste hai mujh par... And mai ne Start kiya tha to 10kg ka lagata tha brenchpress. To kya ye sahi progress hai and nahi to kya karu aage please guide me sir... Iam waiting for your reply...👍👍👍
