If this is your personal laptop can you please let me know about your experience with the build quality and hinge quality ( Has the hinge became loose with regards to plastic casing around the hinge) after using it for about 9 months now. And are your facing any display blacking out issue ? Please also let me know about any other persistent issue with it as i am about to purchase it.

I recommend you to switch off the battery before attach some devices such as memory sticks or hard drivers. Once upon it's save your goods ))) And, please use some soft material on the table when you disassemble laptops - cant you sense you made scratches during the process!

Mere pas ek 1tb ka hdd hai purane laptop ka jo me external ki tarah use kar raha hu. Vo laptop 6-7 saal purana hai. Kya vo hdd isme fit hoga incase mujhe 512 ssd ke saath 1 tb hdd use karna ho to? Vo hdd August 2014 ka hai aur uska model number hai WD10JPVX. Kya aap bata sakte ho ki ye hdd is machine ke saath compatible hai?

please tell me your ssd brand , if your ssd brand samsung then you can clone samsung data migration software, free download from samsung official webportal, if western digital then download acronis True Image, if your ssd unbrand or branded you can download AOMEI BACPPER This software can clone any popular ssd brand or any chinese brand

Asus Service center wale bol rahe hai.. service charge ₹ 800 aur 4-5 din ke baad upgrade karke denge.. laptop waha rakhna padega.. i am confused.. khud se kar lu yaa service center jaau.

Bhaai maine storage sense me jaakar jo pehli se tick (✓) kiya rehta hai temporary file usho delete kar dia khud se clean now me click karke aur usse pehle microsoft helpline waalo k help se v temporary file delete karwaaya tha kya isse mera windows currupt ho jaayega ya nahi abhi kuchh problem ho raha hao please reply

It is not needed. It's a sata to usb cable. Only useful if HDD is out side and you want to transfer data. It's not important here. But here he cloned his HDD SSD. So that's why it was mentioned. But he didn't not show the process. You can KZfaq it "how to clone HDD data to SSD"

no , not at all, if your laptop getting noise sound movining here to there just one room to another room in home at running condition ,then you can call log to asus call centre for replaced cpu cooler fan

Bhai mere paas bhi ye laptop hai lekin use kabhi kabhi windows explorer crash ho jata hai, maine asus app mai jakar hardware issue scan kiya to usme harddrive iseue bta rha hai, lekin mera harddrive thik kaam kar rha hai. Kya ye problem tumhare laptop mai bhi aa rha hai? Main 500gb ka harddrive lgaya hai.
