My friend and I thought the same about home town hero. My buddy lives in Seattle and I'm on Maui. We spoke with the Garmin Golf support team and we learned that it was not a feature. Even without that option, it's still an awesome unit. Great Review btw.

How the he'll do you get to load E6 and pay the 199.00 shows you have to download rights and then pay a fee for that?

Garmin r10 now works with Gspro. You should give it a try!

I went to the Basic and for what I use 39 courses and with a few rotating in and out every few months im good. I missed the sale of premium they were going for 450. But basic is plenty.

Hey GTD, nice video and well presented as usual. I personally would totally go for the upgrade if I had already spent the money to get the rest and could by any means afford that last outlay of funds. The juice seems worth the squeeze as they say. I'd probably get along for a while just enjoying the in-the-box stuff because playing some kind of golf at home with some quasi-realistic results is a big step up for me but sooner or later the extra courses and the online competition, etc. would be too tempting but selling it to the better half might be a challenge without the right selling points. Speaking of the upgrade though, I really would have liked to see how the online competition works since I've never actually seen that on any of these youtube videos about various sim packages that I have watched and I must say, I've gotten more than a little curious. In any case, I'd rather get it from my go to guy. Maybe that's something for a future video if that's something that would appeal to you. Obviously, I'm not quite ready to be your opponent or partner but there's always hope for the future :-) I know that I always include some swing insight and this won't be any exception but I'll keep it short and sweet. I don't know if you gave that head up comment any thought from the earlier week but you're still keeping it down about the same amount as before. I believe (without a DTL for confirmation) that your takeaway is more up the plane than before so that's good. I really think the head thing will help with plane during top half of the swing (both ways) and keeping your hip depth through impact. Nonetheless, you've got a very workable action there. Cheers.

With the out of the box home tee hero and E6 connect courses, can you play local multi player?

How do you like the functionality of the E6 app? I hear it’s not that great but I’ve never tried it out. Just some reviews I’ve seen. The Awesome Golf App also seems fun but cartoonish format.

Hey buddy, what iPad do you use for E6 ?? Right now I’m using my phone and it’s burning up my phone and barely can get through 2 holes before it crashes.

How do you feel about the R10 with it's recent upgrades? Does it feel accurate for distance and direction/shot shape? I use a clip on sensor (Tittle) with the 5 course e6 license right now and have all the other setup stuff. As much as I like e6, I would love to try GS Pro Sim software instead of paying for the e6 upgrade. Therefore, thinking of getting an R10. No budget for the Mevo+ or Skytrak right now.

Can I recommend a golf swing set up adjustment? Your hands are too far out with your irons at address. They should be hanging down below your shoulders, not out and away. With your driver/3wood, they would be alittle further out below your chin/nose, but not too much further out than that. Yours looks further out than your chin with the irons. Try this, take your stance and without a club let your hands/arms hang naturally down. They’ll be about under your shoulders. That’s where you should hold your irons.

so what im getting from this is you paid 200$ for online multiplayer because the garmin sim has all the courses so unless you need online the e6 seems pointless

Spend the money and get a Skytrak or a Mevo+. For the value, you can’t beat them. The worst software on the market is E6 in my opinion. GSPro is absolutely hands down the tip of the spear.
