Just change your wifi card to install win 10, there is a wifi card inside your laptop once you replace it with other it will work

www.cpu-upgrade.com/CPUs/Intel/Core_i3_Mobile/i3-380M_(PGA988).html The CPU options, Any SATA SSD will work, It is a SATA II bus unfortunately so the higher performance Samsung Evos won't really be worth it. Cheaper Kingston, Crucial, Transcend and WD SSDs will be fine

Try a USB boot to install Win 10 on it, its the worst BIOS menu ever to navigate. Also the models with Broadcom Wifi cards cause Win 10 to hang on installation. Did it for a friend who didn't want to buy a new laptop, it's about 1-2 years too old to be worth upgrading in 2020 I reckon.

For models with Broadcom Wifi cards can be updated to Windows 10 if the card is removed, instead use external WIFI adaptor TP link is a good start

@@ravitejabobba5626 I did that after I read about the WiFi card problem. I removed the card and installed Windows 10 for her then sent her links to import a replacement WiFi card or buy a USB dongle. I wouldn't have spent $120 on the SSD and 2 RAM sticks for a laptop stuck with SATA II and no USB 3 but she's happy with it after the upgrades so it worked out.
