Upgrading an MH3 Commander Precon But I Only Have $10...

Modern Horizons 3 is at it again and even though there's been a whirlwind of MTG set spoilers recently (thanks Duskmourne and Bloomburrow) I thought it was still worth honouring a viewers request and diving into one of the MH3 precons with the goal of upgrading it.
The catch? I only have $10 to streamline, update and make this deck my own.
Turns out the precon trend of being absolutely banging has not slowed down with Creative Energy but I'm still impressed how much lifting we could do on a shoestring.
Unrelated, budgets are a figment of our imaginations and I totally didn't go over ever so slightly in this video.

This is a really cool deck and I think I’m going to upgrade my deck in the same way. Can you do an upgrade to the Mutant Menace Fallout Precon?

Given that a lot of artifacts do tap to use their energy ... and Satya has to attack to get the copying going, the budget tech I find has been really good is Manifold Key. It can either untap an artifact so you can activate again, or for three mana, make Satya unblockable.

Yeah Key is a great addition. I kind of alluded to it when I was taking out Battlewagon but the extra unblockable sauce is nice tech.

will you be doing this with the other precons? i would love to see like a 50$ upgrade to the simic deck

Potentially! Would you enjoy the same format? I'd say it partially depends on how well this video does but I did enjoy the process and that Simic deck is genuinely really sweet.
