As much as I don’t like aftermarket headlights and taillights (fake gts tails still look cheap quality to me), you did good with these headlights 😮‍💨 It looks mean and updates the look nicely 🔥

@@f80_TrevorI got them too haha! But they are technically LED, they just aren’t “adaptive” they have the angel eyes not the hexagon icon style. Just bought these for myself tho!

Not a fan of aftermarket headlights due to the quality and light output, however these do seem okay? I guess time will tell how long these last? For me if you can get a used set of V2s instead then do it. Also what's the retail price on the headlights?

You can tell they're replica by the low beam light beam. OEM low beams light the top half of the headlight. Replica lights the lower half.

They’re also not adaptive at all so you have to code that feature out completely. I use anti dazzle all the time so I could never lose that function. Probably have better light output than the xenon’s but my pre lci LED’s 100% are brighter than these. I also don’t think they look exactly the same. 85-95% as close? sure. will almost everyone not know the difference? yes but side by side with oem’s it’s noticeable

Lolll at him easily removing that bolt. I struggled with it bc the square nut end would just spin. Has to fit an 11mm in there to hold it while loosening bolt

What filter are you using for the intake? I am asking because they don't look like the ones that you can choose from RK titanium.

I ended up buying these aftermarket because the RK ones faded and got dirty asf really quick. I made a video about them a good while ago. It’s on the channel somewhere

They are fully functional and the brightness is absolutely better than the OEM xenon headlights! I’ll do a video about that actually.

Cool, I’ll keep an eye open for that video, mine are not Xenon, they are the adaptive LCI but not the ikon ones, hopefully the light output will be similar to mines. On sec 0:38 you mentioned that you got the 9 pin ones, I don’t see that option on their website…did you order from their website or did you call them?

@@F80ing it doesn’t mention 9 pin on their website but I talked with them and the headlights they sell are the newest updated version which are the 9 pin version.

Although they are different and look great, I don’t think the OEM Pre LCI lights look bad at all. Not a deal breaker for me tbh. Now, with some yellow DRLs will look even better!! And, who cares if they are Reps or original?? If someone criticizes it because is not “Original BMW”, is an idiot!!
