Contact phonepay support and take confirmation status from them, next forward that support communication to the STUDY app support. Hope this process will help you to track your money where it is actually stuck...

Yes, if transaction failure for any reason but money debited, in such scenario, money returned to the account from where money was debited within 5 business days.. if you not get the money back in that case first contact upi payment support, then contact your bank from where money was debited.. Ask the payer to send transaction number and then chat with customer support from your phonepe

Phone PE তে transaction history টা একটু check করুন, last কয়েকটা transaction. আর bank statement টা check করুন।

আপনার ফোন পে যেই ব্যাংকের সাথে লিংক করা আছে, সেই ব্যাংকে গিয়ে খোঁজ করুন, অথবা ঐ ব্যাংকের atm থেকে mini statement পেয়ে যাবেন।
