The Doctor Who decks brought the Doctor's Companion mechanic, and while I've explored all of the options more broadly, the Ninth Doctor and Clara Oswald combination seems the most exciting to me, tripling upkeeps and opening up a gameplan we haven't seen represented in a lot of decks.

You can also basically add an additianol nonlegendary Clara in the 99 with Roaming Throne from the new Ixalan Set

I make a similar deck but choose white to win on "Azor's Elocutors" and be able to tutor artefact and enchantement more efficiently.

Im aiming for white for my 9th and Clara in addition to azor electors another person brought up there is also having the initiative which triggers at upkeep!

Love the goofy strats. I love weird decks. Mind unbound would be pretty wild in this.
