It is very difficult to fold this stroller while holding the baby. It takes two hands, and what do you do with the baby while you're folding it? I take the bus a lot. And I have to fold the stroller to get on and off of the bus. There is also no handle or way to carry the stoller once it is folded.

We haven't experienced any issues with our customers, but if that is the case it mostly likely is a wheel problem, and you would just contact Uppababy and get that fixed. In fact Uppababy does Stroller tune up events where they do free tune ups on their strollers!

Lovely video ! Quick question. What are the weight and size limits ? I have a very small 2 year old. She’s about 23 lbs, will she still be able to fit ? She drowns in other strollers

The weight limit is 50lbs! There isn't a height limit. Your daughter should fit just fine with room to grow! The straps are adjustable to fit her height :)

I have the Vista but it's too heavy for me to lift.. I'll be purchasing the Cruz in Loic( such a pretty color. ..) But I have some concerns about the wheels.. They look too small, how smooth is the ride? I have read many reviews stating that it wobbles and shakes a lot, and the Vista wheels can't be switched for a smoother ride... Honestly, how smooth is the ride? I don't want to spend over $500 if my baby will be uncomfortable...

The Cruz is a great quick trip stroller since its smaller and lighter. The Vista is going to be a little smoother, but if you plan on doing day trips like the mall and not planning on going on rough terrain the Cruz will be just fine! It really just depends on your lifestyle.

princesssadieloo hi! So I’ve been looking for this stroller for a bit cheaper, I found 2017 uppababy Cruz Taylor for 450$ from buybuybaby just a week ago. The ride is sooo smooth compared to the other strollers! Hope that helps you.

I have the 2018 Cruze and we love it. The in-laws love it too. I bought a Greco and returned it for the Cruze and so happy I did.

The recommendation from UppaBaby is 6 months old before you put your child in the toddler seat.

The Cruz only comes with the toddler seat. The Vista is the stroller that comes with both the toddler seat and the bassinet!

You sure can! It is compatible with the same bassinet that comes with the Vista but you can also buy it separately. We dont have it listed on our website but you can all in to special order it at 801-770-0584. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

The side of my seat; the part that clips to the stroller has moved and shifted to the side. Is that normal??!

The clips on the side can totally shift just with movement. They should still be able to clip in :)

Hi Zahra - yes you can! The UPPAbaby MESA infant car is directly compatible, and you can also buy adapters to attach car seats from Maxi-Cosi, Nuna, Cybex, and Chicco brands.

This is a good one! We are not experts on the Ocarro since we don't carry it but this stroller seems to be awesome! Just from looking at it, the completely flat laying seat is something that stood out right away!
