Thank you so much for going step by step on how to remove the covering so it can be washed ! I have the booklet that came with it and there are less than 10 photos. Your video walked me right thru the whole process with great camera work so I could see exactly what you were talking about.

Hello. Thank you for the video. Very helpful. Quick question though, is the styrofoam insert (that you're not supposed to remove) supposed to be wobbly?
