I think judiciary exams should be conducted by UPSC, since state PSCs have proven themselves to be incompetent

UPSC CBI APP ka karata hai.. Kaunse year me diya tha maine yaad nahin, shayad 2021.. Pre ke paper me kuchh questions sahi draft nahin huae the.. Itna opaque hai UPSC ki answer key hi nahin dete aur objections to dur ki baat.. Aisa nahin hai ki ghalati nahin hoti inse... Pre ke baad roll no.s bataye ki interview ke liye kise bula rahe.. chalo theekh hai.. uske baad final result ke neeche likha ki result declaration ki date se 1 ya 2 (yaad nahin hai) mahine me saari details denge.. Pre ka score, interview ka score, cut offs.. Mai 3 mahine tak har teesre chauthe din DONO websites check karti rahi, kabhi aya hi nahin.. UPSC is extremely opaque.. Uske saath fascination hai alag level ka purae desh... But it's not the best.. Gujarat PSC apne PCS ke exam usse behtar tareeke se karata hai... Besides AIJS kabhi kehte ki District Court (higher judiciary) me recruitment ke liye layenge, kabhi "lower court" kehte... Recruitment process is not the only problem.. infrastructure, sanctioned strength way below required strength aur usme bhi itni vacancy... State has to be willing to allocate resources into Judiciary... Ye UPSC ka kaam nahin hai... Will hi absent hai.. State PSC aur bhi exams conduct karata hai; for the State every such exam should be a concern and saare exams UPSC nahin conduct kara sakta... Ye opportunity hai to work on the system and technology use karne ka.. Transparency jo thodi bauhot thi, 2022 ke exam me wo bhi hata di thi... Will hi nahin hai.. Even UPSC needs betterment; agar ye humara best system hai, then it's sad..

सिलेक्टिड सिविल जज जूनियर डिवीजन 2022 की मुख्य परीक्षा की कापियाँ हाईकोर्ट की निगरानी में जाँच कर पुनर्मूल्यांकन करा दें जितने मुन्ना भाई जज बनाये हैं उ प्र लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा सामने आ जायेंगे। कापियों भर में खेला नहीं किया गया नम्बर देने में भी खेला हुआ होगा बहुत बड़ा स्कैम है हल्के में न ले। पूरी परिक्षा निरस्त होना चाहिए।

I am practically not in favour of Judiciary exams being conducted by UPSC as they are already burdened with so many examinations. It can be taken by a separate body or even HC consortiums.

There's a facscination for exams conducted by UPSC, moreso in this age of social media when Administrative officers have become celebrities.. Judges cannot be recruited in such an opaque manner.. Executive officers are expected (by the Government) to follow law in letter... Their answer keys are released after final result, and they just accept their fate.. It's not like UPSC frames error free and unambiguous questions.. And exams don't help find any extra-ordinary talent, just well prepared candidates... We are Lawyers and Advocates.. For us, the spirit of law is also important... Many times we get relief and many times we don't, but we fight it in court.. Presently, writs pertaining to exams don't take years anymore... It's a shame how UPPSC came after 4 years with recruitment, and adopted UPSC level of opacity... Judges who get through such an opaque system are either back-door entry or tired aspirants who will forget about the spirit of law...

SC has time to take all political issues even at late night For hearing lawyers like kapil sibal who are saying art 370 should not be repealed etc… But SC has no time to order stringent actions these important issues, SC was wrong in allowing Mp HC to conduct Pre and even mains and then saying no HC is right whatever they are doing😮.. What SC is doing is highly regretful and as a whole all are playing with our lives 😢 Very sad state I regret for preparing for this competition Results awaited for months 100 questions they can’t make right and ask us to score 70% above in all subjects in LLB That too without differentiating between LLB and integrated LLB What at arbitrary law I am preparing for

वेकेंसी रद्द होना चाहिए ये तो अभी पूरे बच्चो ने अपनी कॉपी देखी नही है तब 50 कॉपीज की कबूल कर रहे हैं और आगे पता नही कितने की गड़बड़ निकले और फिर जब पेज तक फटे हैं कॉपीज के तो रिचेक भी क्या करेंगे? रिचेक के नाम पर बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है
