Welcome to Upper Body Blast. In this 30-minute class we will focus solely on the upper body. We will work through four separate blocks of exercises, each containing two or three upper body exercises. Exercises will be performed for 30 or 45 seconds each, for 2 or 3 rounds. We will finish with a nice Upper Body BLAST!
Equipment Needed: A pair of dumbbells or two household items that carry weight, and a mat.
Target: Increase upper body strength and cardiovascular endurance.
