Is this biasing the interosseous nerve or the axillary/musculocutaneous? According to Magee's Orthopedic Physical Assessment (5th edition, pp 165), you can bias the anterior interosseous nerve with 110 degrees of shoulder abduction and lateral rotation, and bias the musculocutaneous/axillary with 10 degrees abduction and no rotation. I learned it in class the way you portray it here, without an extra bias. Thanks!

You are referring to two different Median Nerve tests, I and IIA. The former is demonstrated in this video. This therapist has not done a video on IIA, so presumably he doesn't rate its significance.

Pain that reproduces symptoms, this was you can identify the problematic nerve.
