If the impacted tooth is buried in gums and only small portion arises, is it still possible?

So from what I’ve read and even seen, yes they can. But they won’t because it’s too inconvenient for the dentist and maybe not even covered by insurance.

@@Weessonwhere can I find this procedure? My wisdom teeth are coming in but they’re coming in at an angle and I want to upright them I don’t want to get them extracted
