A gunman who reportedly drove up alongside a parked UPS truck in Orange County and fired several rounds at the driver, killing him Thursday has been taken into custody, authorities announced. KTLA's Chris Wolfe reports on May 16, 2024.

Jas to be more to the story. I worked for UPS in their 4 the largest warehouse and a lot of unscrupulous individuals work for them. Another job, not UPS,had the driver dealing drugs to another employee that was then dealing to out of the company we worked for. These things don't just happen.

I've been here my whole 66 years and except for Santa Ana and Anaheim, Law enforcement, backed by a great D.A in Mr. Spitzer have done a pretty good job keeping the lid on this pressure cooker. Especially in S. county. The key is keep it expensive to keep out the dark cultures and call the sheriff when you see bad stuff.

I have so many verifiable reasons as to why people must always remain alert whilst out in public, & conceal carry everywhere we go. It is the only reason I am still alive, & typing this message. The reason gun laws have helped stop weapons like that in some other countries, is that if there are 'no guns allowed' (just an example).. then it's a lot easier to focus on stopping the ones that do come in... if guns are everywhere it's more difficult.

46yo Rhean Jalipa Fontanoza has been arrested and charged with the murder of Expedito Cuesta De Leon. Apparently they were life long childhood friends and coworkers. Fontanoza had been on disability leave and was scheduled to return to work June 1st but also had been stalking DeLeon. He asked other UPS drivers and accessed a on-site computer to locate where DeLeon was on his route. He drove up and shot him 14 times. He still has not said why.
