Mam , in Management of Tumor lysis syndrome , Urinary Alkalinization is not recommended as per new update that it causes precipitation of calcium phosphate, so what will be correct ans , please clarify

Answer to that question is probably “urine alkalization”

In marwah sir's notes it's specifically mentioned in tumor lysis syndrome that Urinary Alkalization is removed from the treatment.

Mam can u tell me that how many qus should be corrected approx for qualifying? And one question carry how many marks?

At least 155-160 should be correct in both paper if you attempted all questions 240 for general category for qualifiy Each question carry 2.08 mark

@@Bull904 both are different upsc is govt job and pg is specialization which depends on person to person if you want a relaxed and cool life don't want to study further go for upsc But if you want you to specialize in particular branch. Want to further study then go for pg There is not like best or worst both are best depends on person to person or you can also do pg after upsc or before joining upsc if you crack pg then you can take study leave also
