Sleep is very necessary as i am medical student telling you to take atleast 6 hrs sleep so that your short term memory convert into long term memory. If you are not sleeping remember your short term memory will not convert into long term memory. Study efficiency rather than long hrs study hope you agree 👍💯

Bhai mai bhi govn se hun or govn mai rah kar hi KZfaq channel par kamm kar raha hu kyou ki mujha aapna nana nani ki sawa bhi karni hai sath mai because mujha bada kiya hai un hona or aak sapna hai ki etna bada Banna hai ki uan logo ka mu band kar sahun jo log kahte hai ki.
