I'm a working professional. 8am to 7pm is what I spend traveling to and fro from my workplace and 8 hours of work. I trust you Dr. Antigen. And I promise to give my best shot. The few points that you have discussed in your video about haphazard planning and self doubt, I am going through that. Once I feel to leave my job and concentrate, then when I look at my parents, I dump the idea of doing so and plan everything in whatever time I get. And I fail everytime to achieve it. But this time, even I have only few hours, I will give my best. Sleep peacefully only after achieving targets, even if I sleep for 1 hour, I will be more than happy and energetic. Thank you for the initiative. ❤😊
