Thanks to mr abhijeet and shashank for giving more clarification minutely. While watching the video, I was waiting till the last end to listen about salaried for those ranks in psu whose equivalance or comparability has been establist. But i got disappointed. Not clarified. This video refered all about 1993 OM. But nowhere mentioned about OM no.36033 dtd 14.10.2004. In this OM, refer page 4/ ix & page 5/point 9..... its clearly saying that salary also to be seen as income.... I require more clarification on this whether salary is included in the income or not. Very very important. Correction to above - Psu whose equivalance or comparability has NOT been established.

Abhijeet G very informative video breaks several dilemma. A query what gross annual income should be filled in entrance test exam for OBC NCL benefits if father is group B PSU employee with annual income of 12L. Is is only bank interest or salary + bank interest.

My father had promoted from clerk to managerial post in public sector bank when his age was over 40 and my mother had promoted to assistant teacher to head teacher in senior secondary school and also she was over 40 years old though she is now retired and my father still working as a junior manager. Hope you will reply Sir I'm an OBC candidate, certificate issued in 2016 and don't have any ncl certificate, i have applied for ncl certificate but it will take 1 month another things should i wait for ncl certificate or should i apply with 2016 dated obc certificate for upsc and later show ncl document during DAF?

Sir now I am not having my OBC NCL certificate and even I am not fully prepared for the exam. So can I give through general category and later change to OBC NCL in my 2nd atempt. Or I will not be allowed to change to OBC NCL in my 2nd attempt. Please reply, I have to fill the form.

Great discussion, but state government officers fails to understand all this. There is problem at the time of college admission fees. MAHADBT In Maharashtra demand the form number 16 with non creamy layer certificate. Authority provide NCL certificate but MAHADBT demands form number 16 .
