This would be nice if Relebogile could let her guest speak more and let the guest be the one to expand on the question asked. She's cutting the guests in the middle of their responses and not allowing them to finish their train of thought so it's hard for us to really get to hear what the guest thinks and has to say about the question asked. Another thing is that she asks the question and then she answers it herself (takes over) before letting the guest answer, so we are no longer getting the original thoughts of the guest because she has paved the answer for the guest. But all in all, this was a great interview. Keep it up.👍

You are right Zinhle. People lack decipline and skill to learn. People carry bad attitude and character. I have worked and left spaces to upgrade myself, my employers then still want me because firstly when I get into a space I really take over and want to grow both the business and me

@beniesmatsetse2202, that a very narrow view of Countries biggest economic problem i.e unemployment. You've declared yourself as the smartest sort after employee in your profession. However, you are the only one who have that, from what you explaining by now, you are at the highest level in your career, please create jobs, train others to be like you and employ them. Reality our economy is not creating enough jobs to employ more people. Right now a lot of companies are closing, which means more people will be unemployed in the next survey.

YES THE YOUTH MAY NOT BE SKILLED BUT TO SAY THAT THEY ARE "UNEMPLOYABLE" IS A LITTLE BIT CRAZY. THANKS TO COMPANIES LIKE LEGENDS BARBER WHO EMPLOY UNSKILLED YOUTH AND SET UP TRAINING CENTRES FOR THEM. ⚠️THERE ARE OTHER SMALL AND BIG COMPANIES THAT HAVE THE SAME APPROACH.

Great interview. I don't understand why kids should work if social media is not safe, especially for old people 😒

Perhaps the lack of talent lies in the recruiting company's ability to find skilled people in the correct places. I'm just saying, why haven't other corporations addressed this? It is acceptable to express your experiences without making generalised statements. ❤

Zinhle I love you so so much but I am sorry that I have to be stern with you. You had a show that was addressing youth problems at some point and you are well aware of the issues and challenges that the youth go through to achieve what they have. It can be a degree or even matric certificate. One of my most favourite presenters in the world but who unfortunately passed on, Eusebius Mckaiser, (by the way I'm still angry with him for passing on so early) used to say that success is not like a light switch that you can switch on and off, and that's true. As a solution driven person please let's work on the youth and make sure that we multiply the attitude you possess to as many people in this country as possible. I was inspired by your interview and I am about to change certain things currently in my life. Continue being the success you are 👊

Relebogile I love you so much sisi but I think you need to stop inserting your experience and anecdotes from personal stories to relate with what the guest is saying. Allow them to speak and communicate their thoughts to the end, then add comments only when necessary as a facilitator of the conversation and not the point of focus. Siyabonga 🥺

I love DJ Zinhle but this was about the host. I don't like Relebohile's interviewing approach, she talks more than her guests and answers on their behalf. This segment has had a number of great guests but I'm put off from listening or watching because of this. And no disrespect to her craft, any other day and show is top shelf. But celebrity interviews are a no, for me.

If she dropped “germs” why did she apologise? Surely, these people are who are commenting here about attitudes, behaviors, all kind of sxxt... It comes with money! If you under pay someone, obviously they'll have a bad attitude. Y'all forget that cost of living is high, salaries remain the same. Stop capping! Stop supporting a lie!
