Whoever shamed you for giving your kids some processed foods is absolutely horrible. They watched your video and saw you had a busy life and still decided to be snarky. It's hard enough being a mom.

Usually the ones shaming are the ones who really should be ashamed and probably give their kids McDonald's all the time. Kim feeds her kids healthy. A combination of both doesn't hurt. She gets a lot of healthy snacks as well.

I usually just brush the comments off and tell myself I’ve got a pretty good balance, so there’s that! I could do better / worse lol Also the dude doesn’t have kids sooo perspective is not there for him 😂 everyone has a different set of circumstances and they judge based off their own life experience 👏🏻

@@thewadsquad Kim if he doesn't have kids then he definitely doesn't know what the devil he's talking about. It's like when I was in labor and an older nurse kept telling me to walk up and down the hall where the labor rooms were at. I was doubled over in pain. She said your not dilated enough. I said have you ever had a baby? She said no. I said then how in the he** would you know. Dr checked me and I was half way through and was needing a C section. A lot of people run their mouths on things they are really illiterate on. Please don't let it bother you. You are enough. 💖💖💖💖

I just want to say, I'm a dietitian and love your videos. I see nothing wrong with your dietary habits or behaviors. You have a healthy and balanced approach that you're setting an example for your kids. The moms telling you the "processed" foods you're purchasing are actually dangerous and triggering phases that lead to disordered eating. Kim keep doing you. You're doing an excellent job!

Now that my two oldest are looking at colleges, I look back and am thankful for my messy house when they were little. A messy house meant we were busy doing more important things together. My husband used to not understand how I could head to the park with a sink full of dirty dishes, but now I look around at my tidy house and am thankful for that time. It's all beautiful and it's all important ❤

@happymama1015 OH, I did, too! But, let me assure you that it is just a different kind of fun. This stage (older teens) is hysterical, scary, and amazingly wonderful. They get all my jokes, we have intelligent and well thought out conversations, and I get to watch them interact with their friends and the community on their terms. Their passions start to shine through, and I can see who they are instead of wondering who they will become. Do not worry or have fear. You got this. It becomes different, but if you are involved and loving, it just becomes a better kind of different ❤️ Sending ALL the love your way!

There is a poem I read many years ago…my kids are 41 and 43 and it is as relevant today as 40+ years ago…..”cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow……for babies grow up we’ve learned to our sorrow…..so quiet down cobwebs…..dust go to sleep……I’m rocking my baby and babies don’t keep! You are doing a phenomenal job. You do you which is MORE than …to quote you…”good enough”

Kim you do a great job and i think the fact that you stress so much about your kids having good memories completely ensures they will have. Just seeing Wentworth giving you a big hug, those moments become treasures for them when you grow up and look back on them. I am amazed at how much you do, as I was at how much my mum did for us and i look back in awe now. So please give yourself grace....... you deserve it. Also, shout out to Avalina she did awesome in her IXL debut. Wolfgang how is he already motoring around like that its just so dang cute. Merideth how big her eyes were telling you the playdough had dried out so she put it in the bin... she is a really sweetheart.

That’s a great perspective! You’re right I literally grew up eating handfuls of sugar. Just sugar. Nothing else. 😂 😂 “sprinkle” of sugar on everything- on strawberries, on cereal… grapefruit!! Everything!!! Lol I turned out just fine 😜

They are blessed beyond measure. They have a momma who would do ANYTHING to keep em safe. I was once told. The mothers who worry if they are 'good enough' often times are the best. Because it shows you care. Side note I would have done anything. To have a mother who really loved me. And didn't think of me as a burden. So your family is truly blessed. The hug you captured 🥺 kids are just the sweetest. Idk who it was that was judging you for feeding your kids processed stuff but girl, don’t worry about it. Your kids eat VERY healthy and you are doing the best you can for them. Eating processed things every once in a while is not going to hurt any thing. Your family also doesn’t eat out which I think people forget about. Your kids are eating better than most. You are an amazing mama. Don’t forget it ♥️♥️♥️

I am a "non-parent" who is in awe of ALL that you do! Your children are fed, clothed, goven incredible opportunities for memory-making, they are kind, compassionate children who are comforted, loved ..... cherished! And I believe they know it ... I am so proud and grateful for how much you show up for your littles. I know one day you will look back on this time and be thankful and grateful you loved so much and was so present. Please be kind to yourself. This culture has the habit of blaming ourselves (esp Mothers) for everything not being perfect. This state, I. My humble opinion, does not exist for more than the time it took them to snap a pic or to a clip. You’re such a blessing to so many!! Don't know if you will see this, but a good way to clean the GFG is to put two very damp paper towels in between while it's still warm. The stuff wipes right out.

We all can have the clean home when they are gone out into the world. The time we have them is so short. My twins turned 17 last week and are now a week in Spain with school, and I panic because the house is so empty and lonely without them. In a few years, this will be what I have to face every day. Time to clean my home. But until then we will make a mess with snacks, watch Star Wars, play ball in the house with the dog, play games and have the best time.

I love love love that you show the real and the dirty and the messy and eat questionable food off the floor!! It's inspiring to see people clean behind their washer and dryer or get into those unseen spaces but who has time for that?? I haven't even looked behind my dryer in 10 years let alone cleaned back there. "Clean what can be seen" and "Good enough" are how I live my life lol. Also "use what you have." You should make a book of inspirational quotes after you make your cookbook. Anyone complaining that your house isn't clean enough are probably trying to pass judgment on you to make themselves feel better about their own messy spaces. You're doing great! Your best is better than most :)

You put too much pressure on yourself. The cleaning, dishes and laundry will always be there and can wait. Your kids will only be in this stage of life for a short time. Soak up as much time you can with them and the rest can wait and will sort itself out. Anyone that makes you feel like you are feeding them the wrong thing, teaching them the wrong way, etc. needs to mind their own business. Live your life to the fullest with a good heart and do what you feel is best for your family. In case no one’s told you today you are doing a great job, you are a good mom, you are enough and those kids love you and are very loved by you. That is clear to see!! I feel like you always have a great balance in all you do! If someone shames you for the way, you do some thing it just a reflective that there’s something wrong with them. Kim…we Mamas often are very critical of ourselves. Just remember that through God all things are possible. You are the exact right Mama for your kiddos. Yes there are days when we seem to have our life together and then there are other days where everything seems in complete chaos. People seem to forget their manners when commenting on peoples choices…and I have found it always comes at a time when I’m already being really hard on myself. People forget they are only getting a little snippet of your life. I watch your channel because you are so authentic…I like seeing someone who has everyday mom life…just like many of us do. Your channel is very encouraging to us Mamas just trying to figure this thing out. Praying for your sweet Mama heart. P.S. I have 5 kids too…all girls😁

For goodness sake. Who is anyone to judge anyone’s food shopping?? I don’t know many people with 5 children have home cooked balanced meals made from scratch daily. Be proud of yourself Mrs W. I don’t know many kids who eat the variety of meals including so many vegetable n don't get me started on their packed lunches for school too. Hey lady/ ladies, you are enough! Trust me, your children aren’t going to remember if you got all of the laundry done, if the dishes were done every night, or the house was spotless. You spending time with your kids is what they are going to remember. Wow! my mom had time for me even if “there was so much to do” is what they will remember. So, take a few breaths and enjoy them enjoying you. All the have to’s can wait.

Kim, dont be so hard on yourself, take a breath, try to take just 10 minutes for yourself, you will get things done. Because of my disability i will take one room clean, organize and thats about all i can do, its just me and my husband now, kids are on there own woth there children. My husband helps alot and we cook together, some days im not able and he steps up like your Alex! Your an awesome mom, and you do care for your kids!!. Just breathe 😊. Thank you for letting us into your lives ❣️💗

When you said, it won’t be like this forever. You were folding the tiniest pair of little shorts. 😍😍 when I feel heavy In my head I look at the clothing I’m folding and I just smile. What a joy. To fold these little clothing, and when you get to the bigger kids clothing and think just how much they have grown. How much you all have grown. Grace. Give yourself grace and never feel guilty to enjoy the moments and your life. 💙

Would you rather have your kids remember my mom always had a clean house OR my mom was always creating fun and spent time with us. I use to keep my house so clean and I’d get compliments. But in return I didn’t get to go do things with my kids. I learned I rather hangout with my kids then have a super clean home. I can have a super clean home when there grown. This is our time for fun & craziness.

Avalinas message for IXL cracked me up!! 😂 also giggled, you were talking about the baby crawling around but called him wentworth. Ps. Your kids will remember so much more about the fun nights playing soccer and watching movies, than if the house was kept perfectly clean.! I’m relatively young (23) and promise I Denver the fun summer nights playing in my backyard on the swing set with my sisters and having a campfire later with my parents than I know if our pantry was organized!❤❤ you’re doing great

Kim you're a great mom and do so much for your children so stop downing yourself. When we were kids my mom was great. She would be cooking dinner when we came home from school. The house smelled so good with her cooking. The house cleaned. We did our homework and got ready for the next school day and watched a little TV before bed. She died this past Christmas and all those memories are with me every day. Your kids will have so many great ones. We did have some chores and worked fast at it. That was good times. Love your videos. I'm not the only one mixing up kids. Wentworth crawling around upstairs. 😆

Please don’t be hard on yourself! You are a great mom! Most important is to have happy, healthy and well rounded family,and you do. Kim you are so fortunate to have the sweetest family. Some days are just better than others. If one of the kids came to you and said mom I feel like a failure and wished I could have done better on my exam. You probably would give them inspiration and encouraging words. So, Kim be kind to yourself and give that same speech to (Kim). Take care my friend 😘❤️ You are the best of the best!

I always say I don't know how you do it but you always do! Your kids will have great memories of a mother who gave her all to them and was there for them at every turn. I have watched you for a few years now and I've also watched some of your older videos and there you are, with a baby on your hip, getting things done (one handed, nonetheless!!) People think your house is dirty??!! 😂😂😂 God forbid they ever see the state of my house. I do really appreciate getting to see you clean up actual crumbs and whatnot. Watching people wipe their already clean counters anti-inspires me. It sends me straight back to the couch. 💁🏻‍♀️

Hi Kim, you do such an amazing job with that many kids - keep up the good work! Quick little GFG tip that works for me…right after you shut it off, still hot/warm, take a saturated wet paper towel or however many you need to cover the surface, close the lid and let it sit until it’s the last thing you need to clean. It wipes clean soooo much easier. 😊
