Hi greetings I have a query for you that is I have done a freelance work which I got to know from Facebook which is translating of research material of several pages into Bengali language from English and I have done that in 4 days as the mentioned and I signed a contract that the payment would be this much and it will be via bank transfer and the money devar offering is too huge it was 3500 USD so now after completion and submission they are asking for freelancer ID card which should be verified and I do not have one so there told me to purchase one and the purchase would be only by them not by myself and the amount is around 8000 which is used for me right now so is it a scam or should I go for paying them

The moment I saw Bangladesh, I was a bit skeptical. I mean they have the cheapest workforce then why would this person want to pay such high money for such a small job.

And they are saying that we will transfer to your bank when you first send us easy paisa fifty dollars and the client is from America but the number sent to me for easy paisa is Pakistani number and in the name of a Pakistani. Is Please tell me now if this is not fake?

"Urgent query" Client sent me payment in advance to buy a domain. Payment was showing in my account and pending Upwork security check. I bought that domain with my account as he said I will transfer after project completed. After one day his account suspended, my account also temporarily blocked. Money is returned to that client (i saw it on transection history). How is it possible? Is there any reason that the upwork return back money to a client without asking my approval. What does upwork payment security check means? Client payment method was verified.
