Yesterday did ac servicing by brand authorised technician. Performed the service perfectly without a single mistake.Never ever book UC(especially for ac) they damaged our prev ac and held irresponsible 😭😡

We got our AC repaired by UC technicians. They were under 25 years old. After serving as shown in the video problem developed because of water went into power controlling area. We had their phone number. We called them they responded and said they would come but later they blocked our number. We called another technician and got it repaired. These boys insisted 5 star rating immediately after servicing. My sincere advice is for electrical works don't call UC technicians.

I always advise you to get your ac serviced through company's official engineers. Maybe its bit more costly but it's totally worth it. I've heard several instances about unit's malfunctioning after being serviced by these private guys

Sabse best voltas ka AC hai 12 saal se use kar rha hoon koi dikkat nahi aayi Khad khadi cooling karta hai but mein timely service karwata hai ek season mein 2 baar Tana Tan chal rha h.

Never use a jet nozzle to clean inside the copper coils , The standard procedure is to take a small bucket of water and mix well with hair shampoo or any liquid based cloth cleaner and mix well and apply with brush along with pouring water.😊

As my experiences goes, UC’s so called ‘expert technicians’ are no more than dignified ‘washers’. This year one of them knew a bit to how to clean ACs while another was just a helper. During the visit he seems to be was in a hurry to complete job in the shortest period and later insisted upon five-star rating for himself. Though he followed all the steps as his team did last years, the ‘technician’ aim was to rush up than doing everything meticulously. During the cleaning he removed the moving flaps of inside unit of AC but did not fix them properly. Like last time, I noticed later that their handling of window AC was not proper as they grabbed the front plastic part of AC and now in one it is broken and in other it makes sound. The technician, while taking out the AC, dropped the water collection tray and did not bother to inform me (I later found out and had to buy a new one). The flaps were not fitted properly and thus do not move in tandem. When I called him, he blamed the motor. I told him that the AC was only 2-year-old and was functioning properly before his arrival and he had to revisit to fix them properly but despite making several promises (he left his number) he did not turned up. As far Urban Company is concerned, I have come to know that their so called ‘insurance’ for any damaged caused by their technicians is a nothing but a SHAM. There is no such insurance. UC refuses to send any engineer or technician for fixing up the problem due to heavy demand - not now or in future. They offered me to refund the total amount. I told them that the repairs may cost more and demanded them to cover the repairs under their well-publicized ‘insurance’ but UC was no committal even on that. The purpose of my writing all above is to warn all to be remain careful (if calling UC for servicing) while calling them for any repairs, AC servicing, or any other work. They seem to have contracts with independent individual shop owners to get the service on commission. These people are NOT expert. In my opinion it is better to avoid them or keep strict vigil on the work done. Preferably, insist on paying later than upfront. UC is not the company with experts and we simply cannot sit back after hiring their services. The result is that my all four ACs, just after two years of installation, have one defect or other - not due to faulty machines but due to services.

As per my knowledge first we should feel nitrogen detect leakage after detection of leakage vacuum the system up to 500 Micron then fill the refrigerant gas

Technician is not removing entire plastic cover also not covering electrical &/ electronic parts to save them from getting damaged. They also don't use blower to dry water particals.

Hello my dear the AC service engineer should have checked the AC before cleaning it and confirm with the customer that the AC is leak coz it's not our cooking gas which will get finished after using the AC for some time the AC man have put refill the gas but it will get finished after sometime coz the AC is leaked and also he didn't cleaned the outdoor condensing unit properly

One more thing is that UC us charging for servicing including outer unit also but no one is servicing as they are not equipped with but not recucing charged at the same time

Never allow them to check the gas levels if your ac is working properly because they always forced you to refilling of gas and make extra charges , just do only servicing for your good working AC nothing else,

Hi It ok ac servicing done well but th way he had gas charged was ok but he not used the vaccum pump for vaccum the system . The only thing that such a big company is using the compressor for vaccum . It better the normal local shop are using vaccum pump for gas charging....

No need of gas change as its not an common problem. First symptom of low gas is the formation of ice and hissing or bubbling sound.

Gas apne aap khatam nahi hota hai. Condenser, Evaporator pipe mein leak rahane se gas leakage hota hain. Pehele leak kahase ho raha hain o check aur repair karna chahiye, baad mein gas top up. Bina leak repair kiye gas top up kaise kar diya ???? Aur agar leakage nahi hain to gas 15 - 20 saal tak change karne ki jaroorat nahi hota hain, kiyunki gas kharab nahi hota.

Did you check if your AC had no cooling at all before they checked? If you had cooling before then they just looted you in the name of Gas Refill coz cooling will drastically improve after cleaning itself.
