I absolutely love that you are against unnecessary product packaging. Our oceans have enough plastic in them. A horse died where i worked because it swallowed a deflated helium balloon someone let float away so im very passionate about recycling and minimum waste. I wish we had more stores that sell stuff without packaging!

@@zoejanerankin1131 In Germany, it's legally forbidden to release those paper balloons with a candle in them that many people release during weddings or so. I don't know about helium balloons, though. I guess it's forbidden to release a bunch of them at the same time, but not a single one, which may happen by accident.

just find a duplicate for less the price that works just as well. I think the reason why they're going away is because there's too many dupes out there. And not everyone really wants to carve out $60 for an eyeshadow palette for the sake of spending sanity.

This is another reason to love Tati. She really listens to the viewers. She is so zoomed in on her eyes and it is MUCH appreciated! I love watching the process up close and just really seeing the details. I know it may be uncomfortable for you Tati but i appreciate you trying :)

I almost cried too when you were talking about your sisters and your bond. My mother, sister, and I were like that. We lost our mother very unexpectedly about 3 months ago. I thank God that I still have my sister. She keeps me holding on.

I have to say, I have NEEDED this tutorial! I am thankful/grateful that I started binging your videos again. I can get caught up in life and fall away from youtube sometimes, but every time I come back, Tati, you are sweet, uplifting, real, and most of all you are kind. I have been struggling to find my flow while blending lately, and this just showed me brush type, blending, taking your time, where to start.... basically the answers to everything I have been struggling with. tati really has a point with pointing out, that this cherry theme wasn't the best desicion for a palette coming out in autumn... i mean, its pretty but plum would have been better, considering the fact that cherrys are riping in spring and plums in autumn... just saying...

ros marin random note during my first pregnancy all I craved was fresh cherries, watermelon and sushi lol. Can’t eat sushi when pregnant and the other 2 weren’t in season during my pregnancy. My daughter was born the first day of summer. So I think I finally got cherries in the last few weeks. This pregnancy all I want is chocolate and Mexican food lol.

Love you Tati!!! Best videos and only beauty guru whos review i can trust . (She tells it how it is... 100 percent honest... is giving the review for her viewers! Not for the PR packages! She has gotten kicked off of lists and has not been invited to events for being brutally honest. I respect her so much. She is just great and can be respected to the fullest.

The original Naked palette going away is just a PR move in my opinion. Considering how many new releases Urban Decay has, I’m sure they will just repackage and revamp the original Naked palette and put it back on the market

Let's be really real here, the naked pallet is out of date for the way a lot of people do shadow, no one really wants a pallet of all shimmers and 2 matte shades, it's overdue for it to be pulled and revamped/redesigned

Also like tati said he sister was using the same one for years as I'm sure most people have, therefore no one is rebuying it and the younger people just getting into. Makeup are wanting something more versatile with more matte shades

UD missed the opportunity to call the darker liner "Black Cherry." It would've been so cute! 🍒 I kinda want this palette now... I feel the same about marichino cherries too, a cherry should NEVER be that red!!

THANK YOU for calling out companies for their ridiculous and wasteful PR packages. With everything going on in the world (ie, UN’s report on our climate change catastrophe) it really needs to be addressed and companies need to do better. More influencers need to call out companies on this. Thank you for always making your opinion known on this, hopefully others will follow suit and companies will make changes 💗

Yeah I was just sitting on the couch a moment ago wondering why hurricanes have now become the norm in my life... It's unsettling. Climate change is a real thing. I feel like nobody has even noticed that this last "winter" didn't even actually start until January, summer wasn't actually hot this year (unless you're from the West coast I guess), and summer temps didn't hit until late September and now well into October..... When are the leaves going to fall because the forest behind my house is still in full green?? And apparently the wildlife here think it's the middle of the summer too judging my how I keep finding snakes everywhere that would normally be going into hiding from the cold by now.... Sighhhhhh

The pallet is pretty but I think they missed the mark on the colours for them to call it the Cherry Pallet. I think they should have added a brighter red shade and a dark red. I also think they should have created a lip tint/stain that mimics the colour your lips turn after eating a big bowl of cherries!

I feel like the naked palette is not really going away for ever. I think it's a stunt to get more sales. Probaably people are not buying as many naked 1s now that it's out for several years and they have other variations. They'll pull it off the market for a bit and then it will be back in a few months or maybe a year. And then they can hype it up when it comes back. It is like how they don't sell Disney movies all the time so when they do sell one they can be like ITS OUT OF VAULT FOR A LIMITED TIME!!!

UD missed the opportunity to have a lot deeper shades. I feel like this is a very one dimensional palette, I love UD shadows but this palette was a bit of a let down. It seems difficult to create more than a few looks with this palette. I also feel like they should of had a black or something super deep. Just my opinion!

Man, I hate how the Naked palettes are set up - but the theming on this one is very pretty. I feel like UD discontinuing the original palette is a marketing strategy. They'll sell a ton now after the announcement, and then in a year or so I bet they'll do a "Limited Re-Release!" Given how many palettes are coming out by every single brand these days, the casual buyers preference gets kind of.. Ignored imo.

It sucks for me because I really only need to replace one shadow out of it, the rest I can make do without, but Half-Baked, the gold, is my favorite shadow ever and I have no idea where I’ll be able to find a perfect gold like that! I’m just going to compare evertything to it and I’m scared nothing will ever rule it perfectly. Especially because my original was a gift, I could never actually just go buy another. Me buying a sugar pill lipstick was like, a once in a lifetime purchase, I can’t just get another naked palette!

I usually don't comment but I want to let you know that I think you're a queen, I always feel comfortable watching your videos and I can see that you love what you do. You are also very respectful and professional which is probably my favorite thing :). I've never thought you've been too harsh or too soft on a review and you always let viewers know that what didn't work for you doesn't mean that it won't work for them and that they should experiment with their own makeup products and styles that they like.

Tati, maybe you need to make a stand on this! (The obscene PR packaging situ, I mean). You and all other beauty influencers! What if you ALL were to deny these companies ANY form of review on their products unless they cut back on packaging? The world is in absolute crisis just now and is getting worse by the day. That ridiculous oversized giant cherry is unlikely to recycle anyway given the colour/material 🤦🏻‍♀️ Please don’t just call out the fact that the packaging is horrific, but use you platform to help influence a change xx
