The foods that non-Filipinos try are everyday food for us. At first, I didn’t get how adobo or lumpia get that reaction from them. But when I left the house for college, I realized how I took for granted my mom’s cooking and now that I’m back home, the reaction they do is what I do on a daily basis because that’s how much I missed good Filipino cooking!

My favorite Filipino foods are Palabok, pork barbecue, and pancit. I would love to try lechon one day. I’m a new subscriber here, I just want to say how much I appreciate your videos. I learn something new every time.

Was in NY last week for work, and I had this intense craving to give in to my Filipino wanting to eat anything with a _sabaw,_ and so I used Uber Eats and ordered food from Tradisyon. I ordered _Sinigang na Baka,_ and it was good though it was not the _sinigang_ we had in the Philippines. Tradisyon's version was brownish and with eggplant and bokchoy only. But it was so good still, perfect for the cold New York weather.
