Very informative video. Each and everything what you mentioned specially about postpartum depression is very much true. And Can you please do a detailed video on 'Spinal anesthesia' which is usually given during c section. Because, now a days each and everyone who undergoes c section surgery complain about long term back pain (complaining about anaesthesia injection). I have heard it from many people. So pls make a video on that, which will be helpful for mothers like me. Who else want a video on 'back ache due to spinal anesthesia' - Myths and facts??? Like here

Hi kavita, i really liked the way u explained. I still remember my days. Till 3 months i was at my moms place so i was chill as i was getting help from my mom every time. But later i moved to in laws home n thr i got pissed off with severe back pain, abdomen pain n stress. I got thoughts of suicide too coz mine was c section n literally i didn't have enough energy to take Care of my self and my baby n others at home. Same time my breast milk was reducing. N no proper time to have food. Everything was changed. Now my kiddo is 22 months old. Still i have back pain but in front of kiddos smile everything had happened or happening doesn't matter much. Hi Kavitha , mine also was a c section and this my first delivery , hve a 7months old girl baby u r 100% right about the myths which u shared even I didn't follow .. above all my parents forced me to eat flesh of goat's head ... Which I refused ... Just followed my doctors advice .. friends let's everyone try to be a sensible parents .. try to educate your family members about the myths but don't hurt them
