They are struggling to save the dogs. Why doesn’t the city help them, instead of shutting them down. Obviously, the team working at second chance are doing their best to love and care for all those dogs. The city needs to step up and show more compassion and support for second chance. I hope they don’t euthanize the dogs.

The new shelter should have been required to take the dogs from the former shelter. Contract was less expensive because they don't have 129 dogs to take care of. Typical city government stupidity. .

You had two years to plead your case to the public ! Now it hits the news so saddening the dogs can’t speak ! Someone there slacks their responsibility to these animals!
