Pile 3, grieving the loss of my 26-year-old son. Bumpy ride is no joke. Crying behind a tree, we planted a tree for him when he passed. "Think outside the box" was our favorite saying. 😢 I know that spiritually, I need to move past this extreme loss. I have good days and then no so good days. One day at a time, the magnet is on my fridge. To remind me to take it easy. Going into the 2nd year without him here.😢

North node in Scorpio: Have to learn how to assert myself. My family relationships have been very difficult for the past few years. There are 3 people who suit the part- secrets and generally putting me down to each other. I'm trying to stay in the positive place and not give my attention to them and their energies. I keep letting them come into my life because I do love them so much and I know so many many things (secrets) about them. All of them and all of it. I keep thinking that part of my destiny is to say the things to them to assert myself to stand up for myself instead of being the bigger person and just not engage. Pile 2, Yes I had to work so hard as I had health issues and couldn’t work for a number of months, and I’m still digging myself out of a hole. It does feel like I’m on the cusp of something new. The other day you said "there are messy in many areas in your life" Ok, This is my closest friend and others who cannot control me anymore, I have grown too much since I left my x, and I realize that my closest friend have had controll over me in 40yrs. But she was the first person to recognice me at the same time. I did grow as a person with her. Today, she is very irritated that I say no and now she want me to be baby-sitting her grandchildren (I raised my three boys by my self!) Pile 1 - it is mainly referring to my ex who suddenly reappeared in my life and showed his true colours. I told him goodbye for good but I deeply loved that man. But he did not know how to love! I was traumatised by it! and it is taking time. I feel at times that it is impossible to get those negative conversations out of my head. I KNOW spirit wants me to let go and I am trying my absolute best, but when those thoughts come in a hundred times a day I am just spending huge amounts of energy trying to detach. If anyone has any suggestions (done therapy and I now spend time in nature, I meditate, I write, I go to shamanic breathwork sessions, you name it) I'd love to hear from you. But I tell you - this is damn hard! It's only been 2 months since this happened so it's not like it's been years. But it seems the harder I try the worse it gets - these thoughts in my head about him and how he hurt me. It's horrible. I swing from having compassion for his inner child, to rage, to grief about my loss and round and round. It is a form of PTSD for sure. What does spirit know about PTSD??? It's so easy for spirit to say just let go but I say be a human for a day and you try!!! LOL!!!
