So true about the cost!!! (In layman's terms, it's like this!! There are wage earners that do not take their job seriously, always looking to cheat or not attend to business!!! THEN THERE ARE OTHERS, who own complete responsibility for their job, including the willingness to go above and beyond!!!! This latter type has "the rewards" because of their value!!!!)
