Urine Infection के कारण (urine infection causes)
इसके कारण यह भी हो सकता है की working hours ज्यादा होने के कारण हाफी कम पानी पीना हो सकता है।
काम करने की जगह पर clean toilets न होना यह दूसरा कारण है और इसके वजहसे कभी कभी महिलाये लम्बे समय तक बिना washroon जाए रहती है।
Urine infection के लक्षण (urine infection symptoms)
Urine infection का सबसे पहला लक्षण होता है
-टॉयलेट करने के दौरान बहुत जलन होना
-यूरिन में ख़राब सा स्मेल आना
- बार-बार बुखार आना
-यूरिन का रंग बदल जाना
-पेट के निचले हिस्से और कमर में दर्द होना
Urine Infection Test
इन लक्षणों से जब मरीज डॉक्टर के पास आते है , तो डॉक्टर urine test करवाते है जिससे पता चलता है की urine infection है या नहीं | लेकिन अगर डॉक्टर को लगता है मरीज को injection की treatment भी लग सकती है पेशेंट के symptoms के हिसाब से या भर्ती भी करना पड़ सकता है डॉक्टर Urine culture test करवाते है।
Urine Culture test में मरीज का sample antibiotic लेने से पहले की जाती है और इसका एक अलग तरीका होता है sample collect करने का। एक बार इसका रिपोर्ट आने के बाद डॉक्टर्स antibiotics बदल के देते है।
UTI treatment
इस वक्त complete antibiotic का course करना काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है। अगर antibiotic की कोई भी allergy हो रही हो तो सबसे पहले अपने डॉक्टर को बताइये। तज्ञ डॉक्टर की सलाह से ही ये antibiotics लीजिये।
how to prevent UTI
-पानी का सेवन अच्छे मात्रा में कीजिये
-आपने private parts को साफ़ रखिये
-अगर कोई समस्या है तो तज्ञ डॉक्टर की सलाह लीजिये
-संतुलित आहार का सेवन कीजिये
-Urine frequently pass कीजिये , बिना पेशाब किये ६-८ घंटे ना रहिये।
-औरतो में intimate washes का इस्तमाल ज्यादा ना कीजिये क्योकि इससे हमारे शरीर मेसे अच्छे bacterias मर जाते है और urine infection की सम्भावना बढ़ती है।
