Uruk Hai Berserker, Painting Tutorial

Күн бұрынToday we continue with our foray into Isengards' evil hordes with our painting tutorial on Uruk Hai Berserkers, the brutish, ferocious killing machines that were first on the wall at Helms Deep and caused the Deeping Walls eventual destruction!
The colour palette for Uruk Hai Berserkers is very similar to that of the Uruk Hai Warriors we showed earlier on but with a different dynamic, being more muscled and flesh than their armoured counterparts. In this simple 4 step tutorial we will show you how to create some truly terrifying enemies for the free peoples and how you can end up with a truly ferocious killing machine to usher your Isengard forces into battle.

Think the audio is a great 'add on'. Gives a closer feeling of contact with what's going on. Still amazed at how you can make something like that come to life.

The hand explanation was exactly what I was looking for. What about for a banner and a bigger hand? Would you recommend the same technique?

Yes the technique should work at a bigger scale, but you may want to add a bit more distressing to it just to make it look a bit more ragged

Thank you! I use a mix of GW brushes, Brokentoad brushes and Artis Opus brushes myself.
