Now how can one expect China to take IMF loan , or any sovereign country , its impossible with IMF ....Hence they are making BRICS development bank not because they like or dislike IMF , but because IMF is neocolonial tool . And if you want to develop that is not the place to get the Credit that is place of loan trap , loss of sovereignty and in long term Bankruptcy . What is next you ask . I guess more war , more dollar decoupling , more nations joining BRICS , and BRICS making its own currency . They just cant yet decide who will own that currency and how will it work . So they made a basket of currencies , make no mistake this is not what they want , none of them , but whatever currency takes the edge in that basket will replace dollar . As it is now its Chinese currency . And i think it will stay that way . India and China need to give it green light and it will make a huge boom in economy . When this happens USA stock market will collapse , it wont be one of those Crisis , it will be the end . Americans know this , they are doing everything they can to stop this from happening but the more they do , the more they force other countries to accept Chinese offer . What China needs to do is remain stable in this unstable time , show the world it can be a leader , grow their influence in BRICS bank and world will accept it . That is what is next .
