As a Designer/Engineer, I don't like this WALL. The horizontal component on top gives the climber something to assist him/her to pull up & over.. I still like the "POISONED RAZOR WIRE" at the top, Pop-Up Machine Guns, Anti-Tunnel explosives to go along with the Anti-Personnel Mines. But...cough, cough...10 years to build.... That would let another 20,000,000 illegals into the country. You wouldn't need a wall, if the immigrants couldn't get a job. So.... start severely fining any employer that gives an Illegal Immigrant a job. This does not include workers with green cards, or documented migrant workers, just the illegals & employers who refuse to comply with the law. Tell the countries south of our border that all their aid is cut off to pay for this new border. If you are wanting to solve the problem, then SOLVE IT....
